PINJAMAN JANGKA PANJANG lanjutan 20. LONG-TERM LOANS continued a. Pinjaman Sindikasi lanjutan a. Syndicated Loan continued Tingkat bunga untuk fasilitas ini adalah SIBOR ditambah marjin tertentu. Fasilitas kredit sindikasi terbagi dalam 3 tiga tranches, yaitu: The interest rate applied to these facilities is SIBOR plus a certain margin. This syndicated facility is divided into 3 three tranches as follows: Tranche B Tranche B Tranche B merupakan fasilitas kredit investasi dengan jumlah fasilitas maksimum sebesar AS26.5 juta. Fasilitas kredit ini berjangka waktu 5 lima tahun sejak 19 Desember 2011. Fasilitas ini digunakan untuk pelunasan fasilitas kredit sebelumnya. Tranche B represensts an investment credit facility with a maximum facility amounting to US26,5 million. This credit facility is payable in 5 five years starting from 19 December 2011. This facility is used to refinance previous credit facility. Tranche C Tranche C Tranche C merupakan fasilitas kredit investasi dengan jumlah fasilitas maksimum sebesar AS50 juta. Fasilitas kredit ini berjangka waktu 5 lima tahun sejak 19 Desember 2011 dimana angsuran pokok dan bunga dibayarkan setiap tiga bulan sekali. Tranche C represents an investment credit facility with a maximum facility amounting to US50 million. This credit facility is payable in 5 five years starting from 19 December 2011. The principal and interest are paid quarterly. Tranche D Tranche D Tranche D merupakan fasilitas kredit investasi dengan jumlah fasilitas maksimum sebesar AS9 juta. Fasilitas kredit ini berjangka waktu 5 lima tahun sejak 19 Desember 2011 dengan masa tenggang 1 tahun. Fasilitas ini digunakan untuk pembiayaan belanja modal baru. Angsuran pokok dan bunga dibayarkan setiap 3 tiga bulan sekali. Tranche D represents an investment credit facility with a maximum facility amounting to US9 million. This credit facility is payable in 5 five years starting from 19 December 2011 with a one year grace period. This facility is used to finance new capital expenditure. Principal and interest are paid quarterly. Semua fasilitas kredit dari pinjaman sindikasi ini dijamin dengan beberapa aset tetap dan properti investasi dengan total nilai Rp1.868.350 Catatan 13 dan 15. All credit facilities from the syndicated loan are secured by several fixed assets and investment property amounting to Rp1,868,350 Notes 13 and 15. b. BTMU b. BTMU Pada tanggal 30 Maret 2010, Perusahaan memperoleh fasilitas kredit Tranche A dari BTMU. On 30 March 2010, the Company obtained the Tranche A credit facility from BTMU. Fasilitas Tranche A berupa fasilitas kredit berjangka sebesar AS18 juta yang digunakan untuk melunasi fasilitas pembiayaan sebelumnya. Fasilitas kredit ini berjangka waktu 4 empat tahun dan dikenakan bunga sebesar biaya pendanaan BTMU 1 bulan ditambah margin tertentu dimana angsuran pokok dan bunga dibayarkan setiap bulan sekali. The Tranche A facility represents a term loan facility with a maximum facility amounting to US18 million which is used to take over previous credit facilities. This facility is payable in 4 years and bears interest at one month BTMU cost of funds with a certain margin. The principal and interest are paid monthly.
