Package No.02: Padang Sawah – Simpang Empat

Western I ndonesia National Roads I mprovement Project 47 dated 15 July 2103, and approval from the World Bank dated 19 July 2013. The project Sumatera the remaining of 21 affected people did not receive compensation from Local Government yet. Now CTC is waiting a proof of the compensation payment for 21 affected people from local government. Environmental Issues: Official Letter from Director of Implementation Affairs Region I has been issued to Kepala Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional II dated 17 December 2013 regarding to the request of the SPPL submission. Then on 27 December 2013 SPPL document already sent to Director of Implementation Affairs Region I by Official Letter from Kepala Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional II. The SPPL document is under process to be submitted to the World Bank.

6.6.3 Package No.03: Manggopoh – Padang Sawah

Social Issues: The Larap report of Package no.03 Manggopoh - Padang Sawah West Sumatera Province has already approved by the World Bank dated 4 January 2013, and the monitoring report has been submitted to the World Bank by PMU dated 2 April 2013. The World Bank has reviewed the report dated 18 April 2013 required revision to be provided by DGH. As per comments from the World Bank, CTC has revised a monitoring report, and submited to PMU dated 18 June 2013. A monitoring report has been submitted to the World Bank by PMU dated 21 June 2103, and approval from the World Bank dated 26 June 2013. The project has the remaining of 15 affected people did not receive compensation from Local Government yet. CTC has received proof of the compensation payment for 5 from 15 affected people from local government. A monitoring report has submitted to the World Bank dated 28 February 2014. Environmental Issues: Official Letter from Director of Implementation Affairs Rgion I has been issued to Kepala Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional II dated 17 December 2013 regarding to the request of the SPPL submission. 6.6.4 Package No.04: Ipuh – Bantal

Social Issues: The Larap report of Package no.04 Ipuh – Bantal has already approved by the World Bank dated 10 December 2012. CTC collected the compensation payment for 157 from the total of 227 PAPs from Head of Satker PJN II Bengkulu Province during 18 – 19 December 2013. A monitoring report of the package for Ipuh – Bantal already submitted to the World Bank dated 24 December 2013. a monitoring report has been submitted to the World Bank dated 28 February 2014. Environmental Issues: CTC has received copy document a SPPL report as the environmental safeguards of the Western I ndonesia National Roads I mprovement Project 48 package for Ipuh – Bantal from Environmental Agency BLHD and P2JN Bengkulu. Regarding to the implementation of the Review Mission on December 9 to 11 December 2013 in Province of Bengkulu and comments from the World Bank Environmental Expert related to the safeguards environmental documents for Package no.4 Ipuh Bantal, then based on observations in the field and the regulations required environmental safeguards more then SPPL. Therefor the PMU has requested technical considerations from the Head of Subdirectorate of Environmental and Road Safety by the formal letter dated 16 Dec 2013.

6.6.5 Package No.05: Sp. Rampa – Poriaha

Social Issues: The Larap report of Package no.05 Sp.Rampa – Poriaha North Sumatera Province has already submitted to the World Bank by PMU dated 30 August 2013. The World Bank has reviewed the report dated 16 September 2013 and required revision to be provided by DGH. According to the World Bank requested, CTC has revised a Larap report, and submited to the PMU dated 29 October 2013. Larap report has been submitted to the World Bank by PMU dated 6 November 2103, and approval from the World Bank dated 12 November 2013 that documents disclosed at PMU website. Referring to the letter from World Bank, Director of Planning submitted an official letter to Director of Implementation Affairs Region I dated 18 November 2013 regarding to the approval of the report from the World Bank to be informed to Balai I North Sumatera Province. Now, PMUCTC is waiting report of implementation of the Larap from Head of Satker PJN II North Sumatera Province. Environmental Issues: The UKLUPL already sent to the World Bank by PMU dated 30 September 2013.

6.6.6 Package No.06: Psr.Pedati – Kerkap

Social Issues: CTC received a Larap report of Package no.06 Psr.Pedati – Kerkap from Balai III PalembangPMU dated 7 October 2013. CTC has reviewed to finalize the Larap report during November 2013, and submitted to PMU dated 29 October 2013. The Larap report already submitted to the World Bank by PMU dated 13 November 2013 and approval the World Bank dated 20 November 2013 with some comments. Follow up the World Bank review and PMU letter, now the Larap report is being revised by CTC. A revision of the Larap report has been submitted to the World Bank dated 9 January 2014 and approval from the WB dated 16 January 2014 with request to provide 1 the Laraps are signed by Local Government, 2 using the form provided in Laraps in the monitoring report, and 3 land appraisal value used as reference for conducting negotiation.The final revision of Larap including signed action under submission process to the World Bank by PMU. Environmental Issues: The UKLUPL has been sent to the Bank on 30 September 2013
