Western I ndonesia National Roads I mprovement Project 50 sent to Director of Implementation Affairs Region I by Official Letter from Kepala Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional II. The AMDAL document is under process to be submitted to the World Bank.

6.6.11 Package No.11: Bantal - Mukomuko Social Issues:

CTC received a Larap report of Package no.11 Bantal - Mukomuko from Balai III PalembangPMU dated 7 October 2013. CTC has reviewed to finalize the Larap report during November 2013, and submitted to PMU dated 29 October 2013. The Larap report already submitted to the World Bank by PMU dated 13 November 2103 and approval the World Bank dated 20 November 2013 with some comments. Follow up the World Bank review and PMU letter, now the Larap report is being revised by CTC. A revision of the Larap report has been submitted to the World Bank dated 9 January 2014 and approval from the WB dated 16 January 2014 with request to provide 1 the Laraps are signed by Local Government, 2 using the form provided in Laraps in the monitoring report, and 3 land appraisal value used as reference for conducting negotiation. The final revision of Larap including signed action under submission process to the World Bank by PMU. Environmental Issues: AMDAL document does not complete yet, and CTC is waiting the report from P2JN Bengkulu

6.6.12 Package No 12: Kambang – Indrapura Social Issues:

CTC received the LARAP report form Balai II PadangPMU on 01 August 2013. Review and comment from CTC has been sent to PMU on 9 September 2013, and PMU has forwarded to P2JN Local Consultant and requested to revise the LARAP report based on CTC comment. Environmental Issues: Now CTC is waiting for and ensure the environmental safeguard for this package from Balai II PadangSubdit EA DTA.

6.6.13 Package No.13: Sp. Rukis – Tj. Kemuning Social Issues:

CTC received a Larap report of Package no.13 Sp.Rukis – Tj.Kemuning from Balai III PalembangPMU dated 7 October 2013. CTC has reviewed to finalize the Larap report during November 2013, and submitted to PMU dated 29 October 2013.
