Western I ndonesia National Roads I mprovement Project 45 WINRIP Progress Status procurement plan, at the Ministry of Public Works World Bank Office on 10, 25th February 2014 in Jakarta. At the last meeting when was 25th February 2014 in Jakarta, above mentioned packages will be still included in WINRIP without considering replacement. February 2014 Post Review Submission for the Verification Request for the Technical Specifications for Package No.11, No.13, NO.6and No.19, WINRIP Loan IBRO8043-10. The CTC Team received the verification request with attached letter from World Bank Ref. WINRIP143 and WINRIP146.The CTC Team has completed reviewing the verification request for the 4 items of Technical Specifications for the Prequalification Documents about the above mentioned project. The CTC Team request The DED Consultant to revise the 4 Items; also keep the consistency between Engineering Estimate and Technical Specifications as appropriate on reference to our Attached document. These technical specifications for WINRIP in aspect of road safety facilities will be submitted on 3th March 2014. 28 February 2014 Attendance the Meeting for WINRIP technical advisory regarding DED which is 4 packages 781012 of AWP-2 in West Sumatera province, Prepared by DSC, at WINRIP CTC office. 6.6 Environmental and Social Impact Issues

6.6.1 Package No.01: Krui – Biha

Social Issues: The Larap report of Package no.04 Krui – Biha Lampung Province has been approved by the World Bank dated 4 January 2013, and the monitoring report has been submitted to the World Bank by PMU dated 10 April 2013. The World Bank has reviewed the report dated 18 April 2013 required revision to be provided by DGH. According to the World Bank requested, CTC has revised a monitoring report, and submited to PMU dated 18 June 2013. A monitoring report has been submitted to the World Bank by PMU dated 21 June 2013, and approval from the World Bank dated 26 June 2013. Environmental Issues: A SPPL has already been sent to the Bank by PMU dated 30 September 2013.

6.6.2 Package No.02: Padang Sawah – Simpang Empat

Social Issues: The Larap report of Package no.02 Padang Sawah – Simpang Empat West Sumatera Province has already approved by the World Bank dated 13 January 2013, and the monitoring report has been submitted to the World Bank by PMU dated 2 April 2013. The World Bank has reviewed the report dated 18 April 2013 required revision to be provided by DGH. Based on the World Bank comments, CTC has revised a monitoring report, and submited to PMU dated 5 July 2013. A monitoring report has been submitted to the World Bank by PMU Western I ndonesia National Roads I mprovement Project 47 dated 15 July 2103, and approval from the World Bank dated 19 July 2013. The project Sumatera the remaining of 21 affected people did not receive compensation from Local Government yet. Now CTC is waiting a proof of the compensation payment for 21 affected people from local government. Environmental Issues: Official Letter from Director of Implementation Affairs Region I has been issued to Kepala Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional II dated 17 December 2013 regarding to the request of the SPPL submission. Then on 27 December 2013 SPPL document already sent to Director of Implementation Affairs Region I by Official Letter from Kepala Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional II. The SPPL document is under process to be submitted to the World Bank.

6.6.3 Package No.03: Manggopoh – Padang Sawah

Social Issues: The Larap report of Package no.03 Manggopoh - Padang Sawah West Sumatera Province has already approved by the World Bank dated 4 January 2013, and the monitoring report has been submitted to the World Bank by PMU dated 2 April 2013. The World Bank has reviewed the report dated 18 April 2013 required revision to be provided by DGH. As per comments from the World Bank, CTC has revised a monitoring report, and submited to PMU dated 18 June 2013. A monitoring report has been submitted to the World Bank by PMU dated 21 June 2103, and approval from the World Bank dated 26 June 2013. The project has the remaining of 15 affected people did not receive compensation from Local Government yet. CTC has received proof of the compensation payment for 5 from 15 affected people from local government. A monitoring report has submitted to the World Bank dated 28 February 2014. Social Issues: The Larap report of Package no.04 Ipuh – Bantal has already approved by the World Bank dated 10 December 2012. CTC collected the compensation payment for 157 from the total of 227 PAPs from Head of Satker PJN II Bengkulu Province during 18 – 19 December 2013.
