Based  on  the  table  above,  there  are  9  translation  strategies  result acceptability  average  score  which  are  categorized  as  acceptable  and  only  1
translation  strategy  results  acceptability  score  which  is  categorized  as
unacceptable.  Transliteration  is  the  most  frequently  used  as  the  translation strategies, this strategy is applied on 13 data. This strategy results on 5 data which
are  categorized  as  unacceptable.  On  the  acceptability  score,  this  strategy  also gives score which is categorized as unacceptable. This strategy is the only one that
results  unacceptable  for  several  data  and  on  the  acceptability  average  score.  In others  word,  the  9  others  strategies  result  the  acceptability  score  which  are
categorized as acceptable, although there are several data that get borderline score or 1.50.
The second most frequently used is transposition. This strategy is applied on 11 data and it gives score which is categorized as acceptable. Then, the other
strategies are applied on no more than 5 data and those other strategies also give score which are categorized as acceptable. Below is a table which shows the detail

There  are  several  findings  about  the  relation  between  acceptability  and translation  strategies  in  translating  culinary  terms  on  Indonesian  food  articles  in
bilingual  magazine  Enak:  Jogja  Culinary  Guide.  The  relations  between acceptability  and  translation  strategies  are  obtained  and  analyzed  based  on  the
result of acceptability score and translation strategies. First, transposition is the most suitable translation strategy to translate the
culinary terms when there is grammatical or structural difference between SL and TL.  There  are  11  data  which  apply  this  strategy  and  all  of  them  related  to  noun
phrase. For examples, datum with code 1TTV.11p.14, bebek goreng in the SL is transla
ted into “fried duck” in the TL, and then datum with code 27TTV.14p.14, ayam goreng
in the SL is translated into “fried chicken” in the TL. Therefore this strategy is the most suitable strategy to translate noun phrase from the SL Bahasa
Indonesia  into  the  TL  English.  It  is  proved  by  the  acceptability  average  score from the 11 data which apply this strategy. The acceptability average score is 1.09
which  is  categorized  as  acceptable.  Even  so,  if  there  is  a  condition  when  the translator  needs  to  add  some  extra  information  to  make  the  meaning  clear  and
easy to be understood, transposition must be combined with addition. Addition is
