The development of Plasma Estate Project was funded by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk “Bank Danamon”, in connection with the cooperation agreements between PT Bakrie Pasaman Plantations “BPP”, a Subsidiary, Bank Danamon and certain cooperatives Note 36b and 36c. However, starting on 6 March 1998, the project has been financed by the Company itself instead of Bank Danamon. Pada tanggal 30 September 2010 dan 2009, perkebunan plasma yang telah dikembangkan dengan pembiayaan sendiri oleh BPP masing-masing seluas 7.247,60 hektar, dimana masing-masing seluas 7.247,60 hektar telah diserahterimakan kepada petani plasma. Sisa lahan dalam pengembangan akan diserahterimakan pada saat perkebunan plasma sudah mencapai standar untuk serah terima. As of 30 September 2010 and 2009, plasma plantations is developed with self funding by BPP totaling 7,247.60 hectares, respectively, in which 7,247.60 hectares had been handed over to plasma farmers. The remaining areas under development will be handed over when the plasma plantations reach the standard condition to be handed over. iii. Pembangunan Proyek Kebun Plasma yang dibiayai oleh PT Sumbertama N usapertiwi “SNP” sehubungan dengan perjanjian kerjasama antara SNP dengan Koperasi Unit Desa Wahana Jaya Catatan 36g. Bunga dibebankan pada proyek kebun plasma. iii. Pada tanggal 7 Desember 2009, PT Grahadura Leidong Prima “GLP”, Anak Perusahaan, mentransfer seluruh kepemilikannya dalam PT Bakrie Sentosa Persada BSEP” sebesar 13,16 atau senilai Rp 107,19 miliar kepada PT Guntung Idamannusa GIN, Anak Perusahaan, sesuai dengan akta Inbreng No. 9 dari Notaris Yurisa Martanti, S.H. pada tanggal 9 Desember 2009. On 7 December 2009, PT Grahadura Leidong Prima “GLP” transferred the all of its ownership in PT Bakrie Sentosa Persada “BSEP” of 13.16 or equivalent to Rp 107.19 billion to PT Guntung Idaman nusa “GIN, a Subsidiary, as Notarized by transfer deed No. 9 of Notary Yurisa Martanti, S.H. dated 9 December 2009. Penambahan modal dilakukan terhadap BSEP oleh IGI B.V. Catatan 36h. Kepemilikan GLP terhadap BSEP terdilusi yang sebelumnya 21,58 menjadi 13,16. Karena kepemilikan GLP terhadap BSEP hanya 13,16, maka GLP mencatat investasi di BSEP menggunakan metode biaya. GLP mencatat bagian dari saldo rugi BSEP senilai Rp 1,22 miliar pada periode berjalan sampai dengan penambahan modal tersebut terjadi. Additional equity injection are made into BSEP by IGI B.V. Note 36h. GLPs ownership percentage was diluted from the previous 21.58 to 13.16. Due to the fact that GLP only has 13.16 shares ownership in BSEP, GLP records its investment in BSEP using the cost method. GLP recorded equity in net loss of BSEP amounting to Rp 1.22 billion for the period until such equity injection was made. Dengan demikian, jumlah kepemilikan saham Perusahaan pada AIRPL yang semula 317 saham meningkat menjadi 334 saham sehingga kepemilikan menjadi 36,54. On 3 July 2009, the Company bought 17 shares of Agri International Resources Pte., Ltd “AIRPL”, 16 shares from Spinneker Global Emerging Markets Fund Ltd. amount 16 shares and 1 share from Lim Asia Arbitrage Fund Inc. amounting to USD 2.54 million in total. As a result of the transaction, the Company ownership in AIRPL increased from 317 shares to 334 shares, whereby the ownership changed to 36.54. Investments in associates Continued Pada tanggal 5 Agustus 2010, Perusahaan telah melakukan pembelian saham di AIRPL sejumlah 30 lembar saham, yang dimiliki oleh Spinneker Global Emerging Markets Fund Ltd. dengan total nilai transaksi sebesar USD 6,00 juta. Dengan demikian, jumlah kepemilikan saham Perusahaan pada AIRPL yang semula 658 saham meningkat menjadi 688 saham sehingga kepemilikan menjadi 75,27. Selain itu, AIRPL secara langsung memiliki 75,00 saham Agri Resources B.V “ARBV” dan 100,00 saham AI Finance B.V “AIBV”. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, maka Perusahaan memiliki secara tidak langsung sebesar 75,27 saham AIBV. On 5 August 2010, the Company bought 30 shares of AIRPL, from Spinneker Global Emerging Markets Fund Ltd. amounting to USD 6.00 million in total. Investasi pada efek ekuitas diklasifikasikan sebagai efek yang tersedia untuk dijual. Investments in equity securities are classified as available for sale. Pada tanggal 26 Pebruari 2009, pemegang saham MPG setuju untuk membatalkan pengalihan saham Perusahaan, dan sebagai gantinya, mengalihkan saham tersebut kepada PT Nibung Arthamulia, Anak Perusahaan, sebagai gantinya. On 26 February 2009, the shareholders of MPG agreed to cancel the transfer of shares to the Company and to transfer said shares to PT Nibung Arthamulia, a Subsidiary, instead. Pada tanggal 4 Juni 2009, pemegang saham PT Multi Persada Gatra Megah “MPG” telah setuju untuk mengalihkan sebanyak 4.842 lembar saham Seri A dengan nilai Rp 4.842.000. On 4 June 2009, the shareholders of PT Multi Persada Gatra Megah “MPG” agreed to transfer 4,842 Series A shares amounting to Rp 4,842,000. Pada tanggal 22 Maret 2010, Perusahaan telah melakukan pembelian saham di IndoGreen International Limited sejumlah 150 saham, masing- masing yang dimiliki oleh Highview Point Master Fund, Ltd. sejumlah 100 saham dan Millennium Global High Yield Fund Limited sejumlah 50 saham dengan total nilai transaksi sebesar USD 20,387 juta.
