On April 8, 2010, the Company acquired 25.5 ownership in MGP from PT Sunter Agung, a related party, with an acquisition cost of Rp 76,409,258 thousands. MGP is domiciled in Jakarta whose project is named Senayan City. CGN berkedudukan di Jakarta dengan nama proyek Lindeteves Trade Center. On April 7, 2010, the Company acquired 35 ownership in CGN, through the purchase of shares owned by PT Indofica, a related party, with an acquisition cost of Rp 45,889,813 thousands. CGN is domiciled in Jakarta whose project is named Lindeteves Trade Center. Investasi pada perusahaan tersebut diatas diperoleh terutama untuk tujuan potensi pertumbuhan jangka panjang, karena seluruh entitas tersebut bergerak dalam industri properti yang sama dengan industri Grup. The investments in the above companies are held primarily for long-term growth potential, since these companies are engaged in the property business similar to the Group. 13. UANG MUKA INVESTASI SAHAM 13. ADVANCES FOR INVESTMENT IN STOCK Pada tahun 2013, Perusahaan mengadakan perjanjian dengan pihak ketiga untuk membeli 27.600.000 saham PT Wahana Sentra Sejati WSS. In 2013, The company entered into agreement with third party to buy 27,600,000 shares of PT Wahana Sentra Sejati WSS. Pada tahun 2014, seluruh uang muka investasi saham telah terealisasi menjadi investasi saham. In 2014, all the advance for investment in stock has been realized into investment in stock. 14.
