A. Kesimpulan
1. Solid phase extraction SPE dengan kolom C

bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi bisfenol A yang terkandung dalam sampel air
dengan efisiensi ekstraksi sebesar 90,0836. 2. Kadar bisfenol A dalam air dengan perlakuan paparan sinar matahari pada
hari ke 0, 7, 14, 21, 28 replikasi I berturut-turut adalah tidak terdeteksi, 0,0148 µgmL, 0,0259 µgmL, 0,0355 µgmL, 0,0768 µgmL dan replikasi
II berturut-turut sebesar 0,0126 µgmL, 0,0176 µgmL, 0,0337 µgmL, 0,0626 µgmL. Sedangkan kadar bisfenol A dalam air tanpa perlakuan pada
hari 0, 7, 14, 21 baik pada replikasi I dan replikasi II tidak terdeteksi, dan pada hari 28 replikasi I dan replikasi II berturut-turut 0,0121 µgmL dan
0,0118 µgmL. 3. Berdasarkan uji statistik yang dilakukan didapatkan perbedaan yang
signifikan dengan kepercayaan 95 antara sampel yang diberi perlakuan penyinaran matahari dan kontrol.
B. Saran
1. Perlu dilakukan dilakukan pemberitahuan terhadap masyarakat baik secara langsung maupun melalui lembaga pemerintah akan dampak negatif sinar
matahari yang dapat meningkatkan terjadinya migrasi bisfenol A ke dalam air yang berasal dari botol polikarbonat.
2. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan interval waktu yang lebih lama sehingga bisa diketahui seberapa lama waktu yang diperlukan sampai air
yang mengandung bisfenol A melebihi ketentuan kadar minimum.
