2. PENJUALAN DAN DISTRIBUSI PRODUK EDUKASI
Layanan penjualan dan distribusi produk edukasi dilaksanakan oleh Unit Usaha Educational Products EP. Disamping
orientasi bisnis, Unit usaha ini memiliki idealisme untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan kualitas manusia di Indonesia.
Customer dari Unit Usaha EP adalah para prinsipal yang memasok produk, end user yang menggunakan produk dan
para educational products consultant EPC. EPC merupakan ujung tombak Unit Usaha ini sejalan dengan pendekatan direct
selling yang digunakannya. Penjualan dan pendistribusian produk buku-buku pendidikan
oleh Unit Usaha EP ini dikelola melalui cabang-cabang Unit Usaha EP yang saat ini berlokasi di Jakarta, Bekasi, Bandung,
Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Makassar dan Denpasar.
Produk yang dijual dan didistribusikan oleh Unit Usaha EP ini meliputi buku pendidikan anak, buku belajar membaca Al
Quran, dan buku pengetahuan ensiklopedia. Daftar prinsipal dan merek produk yang didistribusikan Unit Usaha EP dapat
dilihat pada tabel di bawah ini:
2. SALES AND DISTRIBUTION OF EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS
The sales distribution service of educational products is carried out by the Educational Products Business Unit EP.
Apart from its commercial orientation, EP Business Unit also has the social mission which is: to increase the reading habit
and the quality of human resources in Indonesia. The customers of EP Business Unit are principals who supply
the products, end-user customers who use the products and the Educational Products Consultant EPC. EPC is the front-
line troops of this Business Unit with its unique direct selling approach in offering the products to end-user customers.
Sales and distribution of educational products by EP Business Unit are managed through several branches of EP currently
located in Jakarta, Bekasi, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Makassar and Denpasar.
The products sold distributed by EP Business Unit are: educational books for children, books methods for learning
Al-Quran, and other educational books including encyclopedia. List of principals and products distributed by EP

3. PENGISIAN ULANG GAS RUMAH TANGGA SERTA PENJUALAN DAN DISTRIBUSI PRODUK PERALATAN
DAPUR
Layanan pengisian ulang gas rumah tangga serta penjualan dan distribusi produk peralatan dapur dilakukan oleh PT Blue Gas
Indonesia BGI, yang merupakan anak perusahaan. BGI didirikan oleh Perseroan pada tahun 1990 dan pada mulanya
adalah sebuah perusahaan PMA dalam bentuk joint venture antara ADG France dan PT Tigaraksa Holding. Pada tahun
2000 kepemilikan saham ADG France di BGI, yang merupakan pemilik 55 saham di BGI, diakuisisi oleh Perseroan dan
kemudian BGI berubah bentuk menjadi perusahaan PMDN. Pada saat ini kepemilikan saham Perseroan di BGI sudah
mencapai 75. Pengisian ulang gas rumah tangga dilakukan melalui refilling
center yang berlokasi di Jakarta dan Surabaya. Tabung gas isi ulang ini bisa diperoleh dan dibeli oleh para konsumen
pelanggan di agen-agen penjualan yang tersebar di kota-kota besar di pulau Jawa
Pada awalnya, produk yang dijual dan didistribusikan oleh BGI hanyalah produk peralatan dapur kompor gas dengan merk
”Kompre” dan ”Korina” yang dijual secara paket berikut tabung gas yang telah diisi. BGI kemudian mengembangkan produk
peralatan dapur lainnya dengan menggunakan merk ”Vienta”, antara lain smart cooker, blender, juicer, pressure cooker,
double pan dan food processor. Penjualan dan distribusi produk BGI dilakukan melalui sistem direct selling.
3. GAS REFILLING SERVICE FOR HOUSEHOLDS AND SALES DISTRIBUTION OF KITCHEN APPLIANCES
The gas refilling services for household and sales distribution of kitchen appliances are carried out by PT. Blue
Gas Indonesia BGI, the subsidiary of The Company. PT. Blue Gas Indonesia was established in 1990 as a PMA Joint
Venture company between ADG France and PT. Tigaraksa holding. In the year 2000 the entire shares of ADG France or
55 of the total shares issued by BGI was acquired by The Company, which then transform BGI to become a PMDN
company. At this moment the shares ownership of The Company in BGI has already increased up to 75.
Gas refilling service for household is handled by BGI through 2 refilling centers located in Jakarta and Surabaya. The gas
refilled cylinders can be obtained and purchased by end-user customers through many selling agents or local distributors
widespread in several big cities of Java Island. At the beginning, the kitchen appliances products sold
distributed by BGI are “Kompre” and “Korina” gas stove brand, which are sold in one package with gas refilled cylinder. BGI
then developed new owned brand “Vienta” for many other kitchen appliances products, i.e. smart cooker, blender,
juicer, pressure cooker pan and food processor. The products are sold and distributed through a direct selling system.
