Kemampuan untuk mempertahankan tingkat utilisasi secara signiikan akan meningkatkan kinerja operasional Perseroan. Perseroan telah menerapkan Maintenance Management System pada awal 2015. Maintenance Management System adalah sebuah sistem perawatan yang menyeluruh yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi potensi kerusakan peralatan di masa yang akan datang.

1. Analisa Daya Tahan Suku Cadang

Melakukan analisa atas suku cadang utama dengan mendapatkan data historis secara lengkap. Data-data historis yang diperlukan untuk analisa diantaranya: kapan suku cadang digunakan, kapan penggantian terakhir, pada kilometer berapa mengalami kerusakan, pada kilometer atau setelah berapa jam kerja mengalami kerusakan, dan informasi lainnya.

2. Sistem Peringatan Dini

Berdasarkan hasil analisa akan didapatkan kesimpulan berapa lama lagi suku cadang dapat bertahan dan kapan jadwal pergantian berikutnya.

3. Pengecekan Secara Berkala

Perseroan juga melakukan pengecekan secara berkala, mulai dari harian, mingguan, bulanan hingga per semester. Maintenance Management System terbukti berhasil menekan jumlah suku cadang yang digunakan oleh Perseroan, terutama untuk suku cadang utama dan ban yang merupakan komponen suku cadang yang paling signiikan. Indikasi tersebut terlihat dari rata-rata hari persediaan keluar dari gudang. The equipment quality plays an important role in creating an efective working process. The ability to maintain the level of utilization will signiicantly improve the Company’s operational performance. The Company has applied Maintenance Management System since early 2015. Maintenance Management System is a comprehensive maintenance system that is used to detect potential equipment damage in the future.

1. Spare Part Durability Analysis

Conducted an analysis of the main spare parts to get a complete historical data. Historical data is required for the analysis among others are: when spare parts were installed, when was the last replacement, where was the damage occurred in which km, the damage occured after how many kilometers or after how many work hours, and other information.

2. Early Warning System

Based on the analysis results, it could be concluded of how long the spare parts can survive and when will be the next schedule to change.

3. Periodical Checking

The Company also conducted regular checks, ranging from daily, weekly, monthly until semi annually. Maintenance Management System had proven to reduce the number of spare parts used by the Company, especially for major spare parts and tire which are the most signiicant spare parts.
