pengelolaan r isiko hukum bank t elah memiliki unit ker ja khusus yang menangani per masalahan
di bidang hukum yang t er dir i dar i bagian lit igasi dan non lit igasi. Unit yang menjalankan f ungsi
pengelolaan t er sebut r isiko hukum t er sebut adalah Divisi Hukum yang ber ada dibawah

2. Kecukupan Kebijakan, Prosedur dan Penetapan Limit
Bank t elah memiliki kebijakan ser t a pedoman Manajemen r isiko hukum yang secar a ber kala
dilakukan pembahar uan dan evaluasi at as kebijakan dan pedoman manajemen r isiko bank
t er sebut . Selain it u bank juga t elah memiliki kebijakan dan pr osedur dalam pengelolaan di
bidang hukum unt uk memast ikan bahwa akt ivit as bank t elah sesuai dengan ket ent uan per undang-
undangan ser t a per at ur an lainnya yang ber laku, sehingga bank dapat t er hindar dar i r isiko hukum.
Selain it u bank t elah memiliki st andar disasi dokumen hukum bagi pr oduk dan layanan bank
yang dilakukan r eview secar a ber kala sesuai dengan per kembangan bisnis bank. Bank juga
melakukan kajian r isiko hukum unt uk set iap pr oduk dan akt ivit as bar u sebagai langkah unt uk
memit igasi r isiko hukum.

Sistem Inf ormasi Manajemen Risiko
Dalam kecukupan pr oses pener apan manajemen r isiko, bank melakukan ident if ikasi, pengukur an,
weaknesses such as non-compliance wit h t he t er ms of t he cont r act ’s validit y and imper f ect collat er al
cont r act . Legal r isks can be der ived f r om, among ot her s, t he oper at ion, t he agr eement wit h t he t hir d
par t y, legal uncer t aint ies and t he negligence in t he applicat ion of t he law, t he obst acles in t he lit igat ion
pr ocess f or t he set t lement of claims, as well as jur isdict ional issues bet ween count r ies.

r isk management , t he bank has a special unit t hat handles legal issues which consist s of lit igat ion
and non-lit igat ion division. The unit s per f or ming t he legal r isk management f unct ion is t he Legal
Division which is under t he Dir ect or at e of Oper at ions and has been separ at ed f r om t he
compliance r isk management f unct ions.

Establishment of Limit
The bank has a legal r isk management policy and guidelines t hat ar e updat ed and evaluat ed
r egular ly on t he bank’s r isk management policies and guidelines. In addit ion, t he bank also has ot her
policies r elat ed t o t he management of legal r isk t o ensur e t hat t he bank’s act ivit ies have been in
accor dance wit h t he pr ovisions of t he r egulat ions as well as ot her applicable legislat ions, t her ef or e
t he bank will be able t o avoid legal r isks. In addit ion, t he bank has had a st andar dized
legal document s f or pr oduct s and ser vices of t he bank which ar e r eviewed on a r egular
