COMMITMENTS continued b. Sehubungan dengan “shredding plant project”
di pabrik Citeureup, pada tanggal 30 Juni 2008, Perusahaan dan Societe Industrielle De
La Doux - Sa, Swiss menandatangani kontrak untuk penyediaan peralatan dan jasa
pelaksanaan dengan keseluruhan nilai kontrak sebesar EUR1.390.000. Pada tanggal
30 Juni 2010, “shredding plant project” masih dalam tahap uji kelayakan.
b. In relation to the Company’s shredding plant project in Citeureup Plantsite, on June 30,
2008, the Company and Societe Industrielle De La Doux - Sa, Switzerland, signed a
contract for the supply of equipment and engineering services for a total contract
amount of EUR1,390,000. As of June 30, 2010, the shredding plant project is in the
commissioning stage.
c. Sehubungan dengan “coal grinding project” Perusahaan di pabrik Citeureup, pada tanggal
14 Maret 2008, Perusahaan dan Polysius AG, Jerman, menandatangani kontrak untuk
penyediaan peralatan dan jasa pelaksanaan dengan keseluruhan nilai kontrak sebesar
EUR2.765.000 dan jasa pengawasan dalam pembangunan, instalasi, pengerjaan dan
pengujian peralatan tersebut dengan nilai kontrak sejumlah EUR282.000.
c. In relation to the Company’s coal grinding project in Citeureup Plantsite, on March 14,
2008, the Company and Polysius AG, Germany, signed a contract for the supply of
equipment and engineering services for a total contract amount of EUR2,765,000, and
supervisory services in the erection, installation, commissioning and testing of the
equipment to be supplied for a total contract amount of approximately EUR282,000.
Selain itu, Perusahaan juga menandatangani kontrak dengan FLSmidth AS, Denmark pada
tanggal 28 Juli 2008 untuk penyediaan peralatan coal grinding plant dan jasa
pelaksanaan dengan keseluruhan nilai kontrak sebesar EUR7.105.000 dan jasa pengawasan
dalam pembangunan, instalasi, pengerjaan dan pengujian peralatan tersebut dengan nilai
kontrak sejumlah EUR381.100. Tanggal efektif dari kontrak penyediaan peralatan tersebut
adalah tanggal 24 September 2008. Pada tanggal 30 Juni 2010, “coal grinding project”
masih dalam tahap pengerjaan. In connection with the same project, the
Company also signed a contract with FLSmidth AS, Denmark, on July 28, 2008 for
the supply of equipment and engineering services for a total contract amount of
EUR7,105,000 and supervisory services in the erection, installation, commissioning and
testing of the equipment to be supplied for a total contract amount of approximately
EUR381,100. The effective date of this equipment supply contract is September 24,
2008. As of June 30, 2010, the coal grinding project is in the construction stage.
d. Sehubungan dengan “clinker grinding project” Perusahaan di pabrik Cirebon, Perusahaan
telah menandatangani beberapa kontrak dan “letter of intent” dengan beberapa pemasok
dan kontraktor untuk penyediaan peralatan termasuk pekerjaan pemasangan, antara lain:
d. In relation to the Company’s clinker grinding project in Cirebon Plantsite, the Company has
signed several contracts and letters of intent with suppliers and contractors, among others:
i Kontrak dengan PT Wijaya Karya WIKA pada tanggal 1 October 2009 untuk
penyediaan peralatan dan jasa pengerjaan sipil dan mekanik dengan
keseluruhan nilai kontrak sebesar Rp68.095.349.070. Selain itu, Perusahaan
juga menandatangani kontrak dengan WIKA pada tanggal 30 Juni 2009 untuk
pekerjaan sipil dan mekanik dengan keseluruhan nilai pekerjaan sebesar
Rp51.908.703.000. i Contract with PT Wijaya Karya WIKA
dated October 1, 2009 for the supply of equipment and engineering services civil
and mechanical work for a total contract amount of Rp68,095,349,070. In addition,
the Company and WIKA signed a contract on June 30, 2009 for WIKA to conduct
civil and mechanical work for a total contract amount of Rp51,908,703,000.

pada tanggal 1 Mei 2008 dan 15 Juli 2008 untuk penyediaan peralatan elektrik dan
jasa pengerjaan dengan keseluruhan nilai kontrak sebesar EUR1.450.700, serta
penyediaan peralatan sistem kontrol dan jasa pengerjaan dengan keseluruhan nilai
kontrak sebesar EUR318.200. ii Contracts with PT ABB Sakti Industri
dated May 1, 2008 and July 15, 2008 for the supply of electronic equipment and
engineering services for a total contract amount of EUR1,450,700 and supply of
control system equipment and engineering services for a total contract
amount of EUR318,200.
iii Kontrak dengan Vega Industries Middle East FZE pada tanggal 28 Maret 2008
untuk penyediaan peralatan cement mill dengan nilai kontrak sebesar US816.400
dan jasa pemasangan dengan nilai kontrak sebesar US400 per hari per mill.
iii Contract with Vega Industries Middle East FZE dated March 28, 2008 for the
supply of cement mill equipment for a total contract amount of US816,400 and
engineering services for a total contract amount of US400 per day per mill.
iv Kontrak dengan Heibei Provincial Jidong Cement Group Ltd., Cina pada tanggal
6 Desember 2007 untuk penyediaan
peralatan dan jasa pengerjaan dengan keseluruhan nilai kontrak sebesar
US9.978.284, serta jasa pengawasan pemasangan dan pengerjaan peralatan
dengan nilai kontrak sebesar US399.300.
iv Contracts with
Heibei Provincial Jidong Cement Group Ltd., China dated
December 6, 2007, for the supply of equipment and engineering services for a
total contract amount of US9,978,284, and for supervisory services in the
erection and commissioning of the equipment for a total contract amount of
approximately US399,300.
Pada tanggal 30 Juni 2010, “clinker grinding project” tersebut masih dalam tahap uji
kelayakan. As of June 30, 2010, the clinker grinding
project is in the commissioning stage. e. Sehubungan dengan “trass dryer project”
Perusahaan di pabrik Citeureup, pada tanggal 10 Desember 2009, Perusahaan telah
menandatangani perjanjian dengan PT Wijaya Karya Persero Tbk untuk penyediaan
peralatan dan jasa pengerjaan sipil dan mekanik dengan keseluruhan nilai kontrak
sebesar Rp34.755.990.945. Pada tanggal 30 Juni 2010, “trass dryer project” masih dalam
tahap uji kelayakan. e. In relation to the Company’s trass dryer project
in the Citeureup Plantsite, on December 10, 2009, the Company signed an agreement with
PT Wijaya Karya Persero Tbk for the latter to supply equipment and engineering services
civil and mechanical work for a total contract amount of Rp34,755,990,945. As of June 30,
2010, the trass dryer project is in the commissioning stage.
