To ensure that the remuneration provided is at competitive level as compared the “market”, Astra performsparticipates
in salary survey on a regular basis to obtain market condition that could be utilized as a basis for preparing the policies or
renewing the current systems.
Astra employees are also provided with a number of facilities which lead to more comfortable work, more prosperous
condition and more developing situation. A number of facilities provided for employees include:
