First of all, the writer read the story in order to have better understanding of the story itself and to find English singular and plural forms used in it. The analysis aimed to know the types of nouns that were used; whether they were singular or plural. After collecting, the writer made a list of the noun numbers. The second procedure aimed to find the translated English singular and plural forms into Indonesian language through the deep observation from the translated novel.
