Dual system education is learning and teaching activity organized by SMK and industrial and business worlds in order to produce graduates which meet the requirements of manpower demand standard for industrial and business worlds. Therefore, the activity of educational and training service regarding those things must orient on quality and customer satisfaction. To support them, consequently, SMK as the output provider, needs to apply the quality management system to improve organization performance as the attempt to fulfill customer desire and expectation.

E. Data Collecting Method

The determining of data collecting method has significant relation with expressed variable. In order to get objective and accountable data scientifically, method which can reveal data as expected is needed. Every method in this research consists of strength and weakness. Thus, it is needed to choose them based on the problem and requirement. Data collecting methods used in this research are as follows: 1. Documentation Documentation is event record which has happened. Document can be in the form of written, drawing, or monumental works Sugiyono, 2012: 329. This method is used to collect the data about the history of SMK Negeri 1 Bawang, school organization structure, facilities and infrastructure condition, the amount of students, teachers and workers conditions, files of activity letter in every dual system education program, ISO 9001:2008 manual education also the previous year of competence test result for students who had their industrial practice. 2. Questionnaire Questionnaire in this research is used to acquire data about goal achievement which comprises of the fulfillment of accomplishment of dual system education component and customer satisfaction level to Dual System Education through ISO 9001:2008 standard Quality Management System implementation. From those questionnaires, the respondent can give thick √ for given answer in accordance with subject condition. Close ended question is used with the five options 1 it’s really not effectivesatisfied, 2 it’s not effectivesatisfied, 3 it’s quite effectivesatisfied, 4 it’s effectivesatisfied , and 5 it’s very effectivesatisfied. Respondents are able to choose one of options which suits them. The variable which will be measured is clarified to be indicators. Then, the indicators are used as a guide to compose instrument items in the form of questions or statements for the sake of data validity Sugiyono, 2012: 134-135. 3. Interview This research uses structured interview. Structured interview is an interview where researcher uses interview instrument which has been composed to collect the data. The interview is for principal, school committee, quality management representative, vice principal of curriculum, prakerin work program leader, and partner institution. Interview method in this research is supportive method used to complete questionnaire result. This method is used to find out the data regarding school personnel readiness in implementing ISO 9001:2008 standard Quality Management System related to quality policy, quality target, and work mechanismschool operational plan, the accomplishment of ISO 9001:2008 standard Quality Management System principles, prakerin evaluation as the actualization of Dual System Education that discusses the implementation of DSE, supportive factors, disruptive factors, and the attempts to deal with difficulties also monitoring and evaluating of DSE with process approach modification on ISO 9001:2008 standard Quality Management System. 4. Triangulation Triangulation is data collecting technique which combines some data collecting technique and data sources. It means that this research combines between descriptive things and quantitative things, so the researcher can carry out data credibility test with various data collecting techniques and various data sources Sugiyono, 2012:330.
