B. Relevant Research
1. Research was conducted by Hernaini 2012 titled “Evaluation of ISO
9001:2008 Quality Management System Using CIPP Model, Case Study in Technocrat STBA of
Bandar Lampung”. This study points out that: 1 there is conformance between understanding of QMS ISO 9001:2008
Quality Policy and vision, mission, goal, and strategic plan of Technocrat STBA and government regulation number 19 year 2005 about National
Standard of Education in the evaluation context, 2 input evaluation shows that there is conformance between quality standard of educational
input for facility and infrastructure and system of information, but educational background of some lecturers and staffs still need to be
improved, 3 the quality of service given by educational staff and of
lecturers when they teach in a class are good, but the service target is needed to achieve quality in evaluation process, and 4 in product
evaluation, there is a significant impact on university applying ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Sistem. Achievement and quality of
service improve and influence the image and performance of university. The similarity with this research is that it also evaluates the arrangement
of ISO 9001:2008 standard quality management system implementation in an educational organization using CIPP evaluation model. Another
similarity is that some aspects in the context evaluation, input, process, and output are referred to quality policy from educational organization.
The difference is the indicators of evaluation because in this research, it refers to school program which is DSE. Moreover another difference is
the approach of research which uses quantitative descriptive with assessing questionnaire research instrument, interview guideline, and
documentation. The other difference is the research setting, and research sample because in this research, it focuses on students of SMK Negeri 1
Bawang with accounting program proficiency toward the implementation of dual system education program.
2. The research conducted by Hendri Kus Fendi 2014 titled, “Evaluation
of ISO 9001:2008 Standard Quality Management System Implementation Using Stake Countenance Model and Customer Satisfaction Level in
SMK Kabupaten Kebumen”. The results indicate that: 1 the
implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Standard Quality Management System
in SMK Kabupaten Kebumen is categorized a high. The total of average score of ISO 9001:2008 Standard Quality Management System
Implementation in Kabupaten Kebumen is 3,01 from the highest score of 4,00. The satisfaction level of SMK Kabupaten Kebumen customer is
categorized high from the students who had average score of 3,03 from the highest score of 4,00 included high category and from student’s
parents with average score of 3,03 from the highest score of 4,00 included high. 3 supportive factors in the implementation of ISO
9001:2008 Standard Quality Management System in quality standard accomplishment at SMK Kabupaten kebumen is administration of
quality management system by top management, control, coordination, and evaluation. Management administration led by principal who is
supported by hisher subordinates in every learning activity to implement the principle of quality management system well. 4 factors which
obstruct the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Standard Quality Management System in SMK Kabupaten Kebumen are the
implementation of management system related to school community’s understanding of ISO such as SOP, IKA, and some other regulations and
the interest to learn also the factor of family environment. 5 the attempts to overcome ISO 9001:2008 Standard Quality Management
System problems in SMK Kabupaten Kebumen so that it can maximally proceed is by improving school community’s understanding,
communicating, and motivating students as well as optimizing teacher
functions. Updating the understanding related to ISO system is by controlling as well as making pocket book about ISO Quality
Management System and motivating students as well as optimizing the function of teacher.
The similarities with this research are that it is an evaluative research which studies the arrangement of ISO 9001:2008 Standard Quality
Management System that comprises customer satisfaction, supportive factors, obstacles as well as the attempt to overcome obstruction in the
implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Standard Quality Management System. The differences are about the evaluation model used which is
CIPP model. Another difference is that this research uses research instruments in the form of questionnaire, interview, and observation in
accordance with research approach used that is quantitative descriptive approach. The other difference is that this research focuses on students of
SMK Negeri 1 Bawang, accounting proficiency program, toward the implementation of DSE.
3. Research conducted by Surya Jatmika 2010 titled, “Effectiveness of
Dual System Education Program in Industrial and Business World, Accounting Proficiency Area of SMK Negeri 7 Yogyakarta and SMK
Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta. The research results show that: 1 implementation of all components of DSE is commonly in line with the
stipulation of DSE management, 2 the effectiveness of DSE implementation in accounting field-of-study PI of SMK Negeri 7
Yogyakarta studied from the arrangement of all components is very effective with the percentage of its accomplishment of 83. For SMK
Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta, the effectiveness is very effective with accomplishment percentage of 7,4. 3 supportive factors of DSE
implementation in PI of accounting program at SMK Negeri 7 Yogyakarta, are students’ awareness, school facility, teachers’ awareness,
from cultural side, from expense side, and the existence of cooperation or school connection with good industry. Supportive factors of
implementation of DSE at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta, are the giving of provision to students who will have prakerin, the existence of
inputs from industrial and business world, advisor, and conformance prakerin
place with student’s competence. The hampering factors of implementation of DSE on PI of accounting program at SMK Negeri 7
Yogyakarta are not all industrial world used as the place for prakerin had been appropriate with the competence that school proposed, from
student’s character, and the incentive of advisor was insufficient. The hindering factors of dual system education implementation in SMK
Muhamm adiyah 2 Yogyakarta, are student’s character, frequent advisor
monitoring, and less creative advisor, institution policy of finance, procedure of financial accounting registration in PI that was automatic,
and the transparency was little between school and school committee, and 4 the model of ideal DSE implementation for industrial and
business world at SMK Negeri 7 Yogyakarta and SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta needs to be improved for the implementation of model 2.
The similarity from this research is that it is in the same way of using quantitative descriptive research with survey approach. The analysis
technique uses percentage analysis with ideal score from whole respondents, as well as in the same way it discusses prakerin as the form
of implementation of dual system education. The difference is that this research is evaluation research using CIPP model and the object is
process approach of ISO 9001:2008 Standard Quality Management System combined with related elements with dual system education
program. Moreover, this research also studies the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Standard Quality Management System whether it can
influence customer satisfaction, particularly for students and industrial as well as business world. the other difference is the research setting and the
research sample because this research focuses on students of SMK Negeri 1 Bawang and some industrial and business world cooperated
with SMK Negeri 1 Bawang.
