DSE program through the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 standard QMS in accounting proficiency area for eleventh grade of SMK Negeri 1 Bawang.
B. Research Settings
This research  was conducted in SMK Negeri 1 Bawang located on Pucang Stree,  132,  Banjarnegara  53471  on  February,  2016  until  April  2016.  This
research is done with some steps: observation, proposal arranging, permission, data collecting, data analysis, and research report organizing. The reasons why
researcher choose to conduct this research in SMK Negeri 1 Bawang is that: 1.  There is problem which needs to be solved.
2.  There are no researches with the same problems. 3.  That school is one of vocational schools which use ISO 9001:2008 standard
quality management system in educational service.
C. Research Subject and Object
The  subject  in  this  research  were  the  principal,  school  committee,  quality management  representative,  vice  principal  of  curriculum,  head  of  Prakerin
work  program,  the  representative  of  partner  institution,  and  eleventh  grade students of accounting program in SMK Negeri 1 Bawang. Then, the object in
this  research  is  quality  management  in  prakerin  as  the  media  of  dual  system education program implementation.
D. Operational Definition
In this research, the operational definition related to its variable, uses single variable  which  is  evaluating  the  implementation  of  ISO  9001:2008  standard
quality  management  system  to  the  implementation  result  of  dual  system education. The explanations of every aspect are as follows:
1.  According  Stufflebeam  in  Daryanto,  2007:1  evaluation  is  the  process  of describing,  achieving,  and  presenting  information  which  benefits  for
assessing  decision  alternatives.  Process  in  this  research  is  how  systematic, effective,  and  efficient  service  management  using  ISO  standard  QMS  to
determine whether there is a change in tutors, educators, learners of certain program supported by facilities and infrastructure, information system, also
conducive environment. 2.  Quality  Management  System  is  the  system  to  improve  the  quality  in
maximizing business’s competition, either through continuous improvement or  doing  total  change  toward  input  human  resources,  facilities,
infrastructures,  and  information  system,  also  its  environment,  process service  business,  and  product  professionalism  and  performance.  Those
things  are  done  solely  to  meet  the  demand  and  expectation  of  customer. Customer  in  this  research  is  specified  for  internal  customers  which  are
learners in  order  to  fulfill  external  customer’s  industrial  and  business
worlds demand. 3.  ISO  9001:2008  is  a  standard  consisted  of  documented  procedure  and
standard practice for system management which is actualized to restrain the
product and service quality, started from designing the product until testing the  product,  in  accordance  with  needs  and  requirements,  or  specified  by
customer and organization. 4.  Dual system education is  learning  and teaching  activity organized by  SMK
and industrial and business worlds in order to produce graduates which meet the requirements of manpower demand standard for industrial and business
worlds. Therefore, the activity of educational and training service regarding those  things  must  orient  on  quality  and  customer  satisfaction.  To  support
them, consequently, SMK as the output provider, needs to apply the quality management system to improve organization performance as the attempt to
fulfill customer desire and expectation.
E. Data Collecting Method
