organizations management
establishes quality
objectives at
relevant functions and levels that are relevant to the organization.
Schools have established Quality Goals of DSE program to be reviewed
annually in accordance with the relevant levels within schools and also industrial
and business world.
3 Assign the necessary resources to
implement and maintain a quality management system and improve its
effectiveness. School formed a special DSE teams
consisting of
personnel who
are considered competent in running a
Quality Management System. 4
Determine the competence, training, and awareness of human resources
HR. Schools have been establish personnel
who have followed training related to ISO held the school and provide an
opportunity to each staff of teacher to develop the skills.
5 Establish the necessary infrastructure
Schools already have been establish of infrastructure in an appropriate manner,
always develop
facilities and
infrastructure at school to fit the customers needs such as laboratory
facilities, the addition of classrooms, practice tools, etc.

requirements necessary
documentation in the management system.
School has formulated a quality cultures, namely
SUPERIOR and
quality objectives. Vocational high school has
quality guidelines and in compliance with the documented procedures and
records required
by international
standards .

that include: • Development of products
• Services in controlled conditions • Control of monitoring and
measuring equipment Implement the realization of products

Negeri 1 Bawang through the DSE curriculum development. The DSE
curriculum development carried out by way of comparison between
the government curriculum and input from the industry and
business world.
The school organize educational processes and learning activites in
industry and business worlds by means of periodic monitoring to
tutors each Skills Program .

1 Monitoring
and measurement
of product.
Monitoring the success of learning activities at industry and business
world and also measurement of product as a means of achieving
customer satisfaction industrial and business world is through the process
of monitoring and evaluation by those responsible for DSE program.
2 Evaluate the suitability status and
control products that do not meet the requirements.
Schools have established control procedures on non-compliance and
violation of dicipline students who industrial field practice.
3 Performs data analysis related to
customer satisfaction, conformity to product
requirements, process
performance and product, as well as supplier performance.
Schools have been doing data analysis based on absorption and accomplished
student, stakeholder
expectations, graduation datas, and values data.
4 Identifying
the causes
of nonconformities and take corrective
action and preventive action. Schools have identified discrepancies
and take corrective and preventive actions in a way school record every
complaint and feedback, monitor to find the cause of the mismatch, then
held a coordination meeting.
5 Controlling the documents necessary
