From above data, it can be concluded that an increase at SMK Negeri 1 Bawang graduates which is work on year 20132014 from amount of 165
graduates to the percentage of 41.15 to 266 graduates to the percentage of 52.05 on year 20142015 in all departement. This is an indication that
school have a good imaging for graduates to become professional workforce continues to increase every year. In addition, for produce a professional
workforce is also supported by organizations performance of good school because school is applying a quality management system to meet the
customer satisfaction principles, in this case is students.
5. Planning of Dual System Education DSE By Applying of ISO
9001:2008 Standard Quality Management System Implementation
Description of research data on DSE plan of Accounting Proficiency at SMK Negeri 1 Bawang was obtained from archives document whose
associated by object of study as well interviews with respondents who have been assigned in this research.
Results of documentation be found that school has prepared the DSE program which accordance to the requirement was specified in ISO 9001:
2008 standard. It became an effort for school to meet procedures of quality management system were applied. Requirements have been met, namely the
work program establishment, operating plan, evaluation plan from vice principal of public relations, work instructions and other record were
required in administrative component fulfillments for industry practice participants.
SMK Negeri 1 Bawang describe the management activities on several procedures, including : First, create a work program and procedures were
tailored to school needs. Vice principal of public relations divided into three programs, namely for Dual System Education as know as Prakerin, the job
fair school DCAs, and production unit PU. It became the work unities vice principal of public relations. Second, school committee explains that
use of funding sources for Dual System Education DSE implementation 20152016 academic year consists of school operational costs and donations
operational funds from school committee. Costs details are presented as follows :

SMK Negeri 1 Bawang academic year 20152016, consists of funding from the Government such as school operational assistances as know as BOS
and operational contribution from parent school committee as other funds as know as SPP. Total costs expended in amount of Rp 133.2 million. Ie
distribution the BOS costs of Rp 64.3 million; transportation costs during
prakerin implementation for 3 months of Rp 39 million; ATK purchase of Rp 16 million and prakerin document creation of Rp 9 million. Total of
other funds are issued from operational contribution of Rp 68.9 million; which consists of financing in program preparations of Rp 1.7 million;
consumption funds, mentoring and examination reports of Rp 6 million; coaching salaries of Rp 4.9 million; prakerin test execution of Rp 8 million;
administrative costs of students during in industrial and business world of Rp 16.1 million; and assistance for students transport and boarding
requirements at prakerin place amounting to Rp 32 million.
