Explained that the objectives of DSE program which formulated by Directorate of Secondary Vocational Education 1994: 7 is to optimize the learning outcomes in vocational education. Optimizing the learning outcomes means striving to achieve the vocational education goals. In other words, trying to produce graduates of vocational institution that have appropriate skills to the employment needs. The impact of DSE program is that the formation of student experience before they are ready to plunge in real working world.

Standard Quality Management System Implementations SMK Negeri 1 Bawang have prepared and planned of Dual System Education program in accordance to the requirements set out in its efforts to fulfill of ISO 9001 : 2008 standard Quality Management System which has been presented by Vincent Gaspersz. Requirements have been met in this case is making the work program, operating plan, evaluation unit plans of the vice principal of public relations, work instruction and other records required in terms of the administrative component to participants of industrial field practice. In its work programme the vice principal of public relations presented some agenda that addresses about the DSE work program as know as pokja prakerin. In this first, held a coordination meeting of DSE work programme to the target completion of DSE work program. Second, held a curriculum synchronization with industrial and business world to target of curicullum implementation is developed between school with industrial and business world. And the third, held a monitoring and evaluation plan to the target on operating plan of DSE work program goes well and quality objectives can be achieved. Furthermore, the work program more succinctly was described in work instructions which consists of the data collection of prakerin place, document preparation of prakerin, coaching candidates of prakerin, student submissions of prakerin, monitoring of prakerin, withdrawal students from prakerin place, and evaluate implementation of prakerin. So, in essence, establishment of these stages to meet the requirements and procedures of ISO 9001 : 2008 standard. Of the requirements above, SMK Negeri 1 Bawang is already working to its fullest so that the benefits that accrue to students during be where prakerin such as knowledge, skills and work ethic can be experience increased, so that it can form a student as a professional workforce. Need to known that students do not often doing misconduct or violation of the rules that exist in prakerin place. This can happen because students feel depressed or there are case with existing conditions in place, be it to the prakerin rules of company, the head of companies, as well as employees of company. Documents prepared this is an ISO 9001:2008 requirements, namely to ensure the effectiveness of planning, operation, and control of processes and notes required by international standards. In addition, those documents are used as a tool to communicate information, as proof that things have been planned and implemented in accordance to the actual requirements, and as a contribution of knowledge in order to disseminate and maintain organization experience through to the Quality Management System momerandums.
