This can be seen in the research result that SMK Negeri 1 Bawang who has done the cooperation agreement issuance to the three main points of requirements, namely partner institutions can be a prakerin place for students, Institutional partner can be a OJT place to teachers, and if partner Institution has the job opening must inform to school. Vocational high school must have its cooperation with institutions which has relevants skills program in schools, because it is through such cooperation is a means to improve the quality of schools and the means to market its graduates. SMK need to constantly improve its cooperation with institutions both in quality and quantity.

7. Evaluation of Dual System Education DSE By Apllying ISO 9001:2008

Standard Quality Management System at SMK Negeri 1 Bawang Has SMK Negeri 1 Bawang from evaluation qualities of Dual System Education DSE program using ISO 9001:2008 standard Quality Management System included in Good category in terms of the acquisition value of students from partner institution and Satisfied category in terms of partner institution satisfaction on students who industrial field practice. The highest average value till lowest values than analysis results of students in a sequence from an average of all aspects, among others: presence of 93.50; labor discipline of 91.57; ethics of 90.00; responsibility of 89.79; skills of 89.07; work performance of 89.00; cooperation of 88.79; and initiatives of 88.36. While in terms of partner institutions satisfaction on students who industrial field practice. The highest average value till lowest values than analysis results of partner institutions in a sequence from an average of all aspects, among others: presence of 3.37; works ability of 3.37; cooperation of 3.37; responsibility of 3.32; compliance of 3.21; ethics and manners of 3.21; and skills of 3.16. Analysis results indicate that the presence aspects already included in high category, but in the aspect of students initiative and skills still in low category. So it is need for improvement to low category aspects in order to achieve the expected results. The increase was mainly in the initiative aspects on student assessment and skills in satisfaction of industrial and business world with an average value of 88.36 and 3.16. From these data, initiative aspects to proved that when industrial field practice at partner institution, there are a few students who are seriously to work without any command from DSE instructors. Students can only work in accordance to the its responsibilities when students are given command by DSE instructors. This is consistent with the Directorate of Vocational Education 1994: 7 mentions that aims of DSE program one of which can generate workers to the professional expertise to the level of knowledge, skills, and work ethic that is in accordance to the employment demands. Under the regulation said that students besides having high knowledge of the subject, also must have the skills as the knowledge application. So, if students can apply the knowledge received at school in a job, then the work ethic will be formed by itself in accordance to the employment demands. Associated with sampling to obtain data on the students who industrial field practice analysis need to add another sample of students and partner institution as a prakerin place, so that the analysis can be said to be valid in accordance to the actual situation. From the observations obtained there are number of 101 students Accounting Proficiency than class XI were placed into 43 partner institution at Banjarnegara district. So, schools should recommend to take a sample of at least 21 partner institutions to the distribution of students who have been determined, so that data on the analysis of student scores who industrial field practice can be verified in accordance to the realities on the ground.

8. The Level of Internal Customer Satisfaction Student of Accounting
