Conduct periodic reviews of the quality management system at appropriate time intervals. The school has done reconsideration through management review meeting on the DSE program. 2 Identify areas of repairment or continuous improvement. School implement of continual improvement. This was discussed in the management review meeting of DSE program and its program evaluation. 3 Perform corrective actions to eliminate the causes of mis-matches. School implement corrective actions in accordance to the existing procedures. This corrective action, is one of agenda in the management review meeting on DSE program. 4 Implement precautions to eliminate potential mismatches resulting in incompatibility. Forms precaution discrepancies in the quality management system is to be implemented DSE program evaluation in general and management review is conducted once in a year. Source : Primary and secondary data were processed From the table above, can be drawn the conclusion that the performance improvement efforts of Pokja Prakerin has been implemented in accordance with the requirements of ISO i.e. continuous improvements, in this case SMK Negeri 1 Bawang using the PDCA approach. The elaboration of implementation in the field indicates that there is an influential impact with ISO implementation. One of them that as it has expressed by Vincent Gaspersz 2002:10 is certainly going to increase awareness of quality in these organization, so that positive changes occurred in culture quality terms of the members organization. Coupled with the existence of training to teachers and managers of the Organization through LSP training with parties outside school and school programs in house training will shape characters that can understand the importance of quality compliance and procedures required. Another goal of the school implemented the ISO i.e. increase trust and customer satisfaction through quality assurance are well organized. So with the ISO, will be greatly impacted significantly on the Organizations performance improvement efforts in achieving the gratifications and predetermined requirements of customers. In the fulfillment of customer satisfaction and requirements which are met, then it will also have an impact on the image of the company, in this case generate of output results from a quality education program.
