In the continuous approach implementation namely PDCA Plan-Do-Check- Act, In the ISO 9001 : 2008 standard Quality Management System at SMK
Negeri 1 Bawang, researchers will present the relationship between PDCA theory with facts obtained and the impact of performance improvement of
Pokja Prakerin will be explained after a relationships summary between process approach with implementation in the field finished was displayed.

and business world.

effectiveness. School formed a special DSE teams
consisting of
personnel who
are considered competent in running a

Determine the competence, training, and awareness of human resources
HR. Schools have been establish personnel
who have followed training related to ISO held the school and provide an
opportunity to each staff of teacher to develop the skills.

Schools already have been establish of infrastructure in an appropriate manner,

infrastructure at school to fit the customers needs such as laboratory
facilities, the addition of classrooms, practice tools, etc.
