by Applying ISO 9001:2008 Standard Quality Management System As Seen From a Specified Input
SMK Negeri 1 Bawang in managing inputs of Dual System Education implementation is composed of three component inputs are competence
expertise in managing teacher education program multiple systems, educational facilities, and information systems are documented. In the year 20152016,
three component inputs change slightly due to change of school principals and policy changes have an impact on dual system education, in matters related to
teacher staff management at program. Responsibility of dual system education in the academic year 20152016 more charged on each program
department. Because at SMK Negeri 1 Bawang majority his teacher is still a temporary teachers, so that the needed socialization and supervision against of
teachers. It is supported by Dikmenjur decision 1997:2 which states that the terms be tutors of DSE program are individuals who have the ability
competence, profession of teacher training or educators which dominantly, but must also have a certain skills and has the technical competence specific skill
and have a soul of interpreneurship. In other words, if tutors of DSE program which is competence at field both in terms of professional and technical
expertise, it will be very helpful in supporting to set target achievement Wearness model working while studying be one way by school to socialize
for temporary teachers. In the 20152016 yea , the principal suggested that the DSE organizational structure as know as pokja prakerin for the year will
return to the previous system there are management its staff. Vincent Gaspersz 2008:277 mentions that there are elements of the process approach
management resource where engagement and employee development is indispensable in order to achieve the repairs purpose of its performance. An
important part of implementation is determining who will do what. A person

Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Standard Quality Management System in Dual System Education DSE Refers to the Specified Operating Plan
Application of ISO 9001:2008 standard Quality Management System in Dual System Education at the years 20152016 has been in accordance to the
established by school. In accordance to the clause 5 is management commitment, the SMK Negeri 1 Bawang
’s principal be involved of the development and implementation of quality management system. In addition,
teacher who was appointed as head of DSE program as know as pokja prakerin along with head of skills program implement work program that have
been created. This work programme contains about work programme of prakerin, quality objectives, the organizational structure, operating plans,
monitoring and evaluation plan, the final results of evaluation, a work instruction of prakerin, and so on.
In planning stages, the principal along with head of DSE program assisted head of skills rogram gathered in a coordination meeting. Later in meeting,
obtained the results of committees formation or organizational structure, there are teachers involved have the duty and responsibility of each. In addition, in
this meeting of the principal determines quality objectives that need to be achieved of dual system education program as know as prakerin refers TO
evaluation results of dual system education program in the last year. Assessment aspect derived from students at prakerin place, behavior
discipline of students, the fulfillment of response to suggestions from partner institutions and consumer satisfaction students and partner institutions. After
the quality target is created, then pokja prakerin at SMK Negeri 1 Bawang was compiled in accordance to the procedures that has been set before, in the
20142015 has been implemented in accordance to the predetermined schedule of start planning of industrial field practice until the creation of prakerin report.
Final evaluation results from head of DSE program period 20152016 reaches of 80, where the description of activities as follows: 1 Coordination
meeting with head of skills program has been implemented to the achievement results of 100, 2 Data collection about industrial and business world as a
prakerin place which eligible have been implemented to the achievement results of 100, 3 Data collection of student as potential prakerin
participants to the achievement results of 100, 4 Preparing documents
prakerin correspondence to the achievement results of 100, 5 Coaching and debriefing candidates prakerin to the achievement results of 70.5 , 6
Monitoring participants of prakerin at industry and business world by tutors to the achievement results of 70.5, and 7 Evaluation of DSE implementation
to the achievement results of 47 , because which are already completed of prakerin is department of Accounting, Office Administration and Sales Skills.
In addition, departement of Accounting, Office Administration and Sales Skills are implementation schedule previously prakerin were performed during 2
periods in July-August and January-February period was changed to 1 i.e. on September-November. That is because school has a goal of keeping the
learning material of department in the third semester can be fulfilled and not interfere to the schedule of learning activities in the semester even. As for
other depertement Prakerin implementation in accordance of schedule were predetermined.
After completion of Dual System Education implementation as know as prakerin, then school conducts an analysis of the results, so that when a target
prakerin quality achieved may be held follow-up for addressing the problem. It is supported by the statement from Vincent Gaspersz 2003:268-269 a
mention that a quality management system based on error prevention so that are proactive, rather than on reactive error detection. Thus, hope after students
completion of prakerin and has met the student administrations of reporting forms, students can gain the benefits of program will be to increase knowledge,
skills and work ethic that can establish himself as a professional workforce
which is dual system education goals. Vincent Gaspersz 2002:10 reveals that other benefits of the application of this quality management system is able to
boost confidence and customer satisfaction through to quality assurance are well organized and systemic. Documentation processes of ISO 9001:2008

Application of quality management system in dual system education program in the year of 20152016 gave a significant impact on improving
student qualities. This effect is known from the analysis of student scores based on average value in prakerin of 90.01 obtain a good predicate,
although of the quality targets of students to get good grades from industrial and business world of 95. According to Dikmenjur 1997:2-4 mentions one
of dual system education components is students. At the time of DSE implementation at industrial and business world, students are not only seen as
objects but also subjects of DSE implementation. In DSE implementation,
which is studied by students are not only learning the school subjects taught at classroom and laboratories, but also doing adaptation to the culture and
behavior that occurs on industry and business world or referred to work ethic, which is not obtained on school subjects. But in fact not case, of the research

industrial and business world does not facilitate students to learn and gain experience of working in full, then it will have an impact on his judgement that
does not comply to the expectations. However, on aspects of student disciplines which consisting of presence and discipline is exceed the minimum
limit set from school is 80, where average of students scoring above is 90. On other hand, to the regard of points indisipliner students, based on
interview results with head of DSE program as know as pokja prakerin, no offense of students at prakerin place, so it will impact on industrial and
business world satisfaction. Industrial and business world satisfaction known from data analysis about industrial and business world towards students have
an average of 3.29 to the predicate is satisfied. After that, discussion of data related to imaging and organizational
performance is referring to the fulfillment of graduate at SMK Negeri 1 Bawang become professional workers on industrial and business world. SMK
Negeri 1 Bawang DCAs as that institution has specific duties related to the graduate search and distribution of labor into working world have search data
and absorption of graduates who concluded their graduate increase at SMK Negeri 1 Bawang who work in the year 20132014 of the amount of 165
graduates to a percentage of 41.15 to 266 graduates to the percentage of
52.05 in the year 20142015 at all program. It is indicative that school has a good imaging because it scored the graduates to become a professional
workforce who continue to increase from year to year. In addition, in scoring the prospective workers is also supported by the performance of organization a
good school because school was implemented a quality management system to the principle of fulfilling customer satisfaction, namely students. So, product
evaluation at SMK Negeri 1 Bawang aims to find out school can be scored of professional graduates, seen from increase in worker percentages over the
years, where evaluation process begins from dual system education program. Explained that the objectives of DSE program which formulated by
Directorate of Secondary Vocational Education 1994: 7 is to optimize the learning outcomes in vocational education. Optimizing the learning outcomes
means striving to achieve the vocational education goals. In other words, trying to produce graduates of vocational institution that have appropriate skills to the
employment needs. The impact of DSE program is that the formation of student experience before they are ready to plunge in real working world.
