Simpulan dan Saran 5.1. Simpulan
• Terjadi peningkatan kadar LDL darah yang tidak bermakna setelah pemberian kurma Ajwa selama 28 hari
• Tidak terdapat hubungan antara peningkatan indeks massa tubuh IMT yang bermakna setelah pemberian kurma Ajwa selama 28 hari dengan
kadar LDL darah • Tidak terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin terhadap kadar LDL darah
5.2. Saran
• Penelitian lanjutan mengenai kadar plant sterol, flavonoid, dan zat aktif lainnya dari kurma Ajwa
• Kuesioner mengenai pola makan, pola aktivitas, riwayat penyakit, dan riwayat penyakit keluarga yang sudah tervalidasi
• Menyeragamkan asupan makanan dan aktivitas fisik responden • Menggunakan metode pengukuran LDL secara langsung
