c. Perbandingan dengan target RKAP 2014 dan Proyeksi 2015
Realisasi pendapatan pada tahun 2014 yang tercatat sebesar Rp5.717,07 miliar mencapai
75,18 dari target yang ditetapkan dalam RKAP 2014 sebesar Rp7.605,01 miliar. Pada sisi realisasi
Laba, pada periode tahun 2014 adalah tercapai sebesar Rp145,74 miliar mencapai 61,75 dari
target yang ditetapkan sebesar Rp236 miliar. Dari sisi tingkat kesehatan, Perseroan berada pada
posisi SEHAT AA dengan skor 82,50 poin, lebih tinggi dibanding dengan tahun sebelumnya yang
mencapai skor 81,50 poin.
Pada 2015, RKAP Tahun 2015 yang telah disetujui Pemegang Saham, Perseroan memproyeksikan
target Penjualan sebesar Rp7.737 miliar atau naik sebesar 35 dari realisasi Penjualan tahun 2014.
Sedangkan pertumbuhan laba pertumbuhan laba pada 2015 ditargetkan sebesar 21 dengan
nominal Laba sebesar Rp175 miliar dibandingkan dengan pencapaian pada 2014.
d. Peluang dan Tantangan
Perusahaan sebagai sebuah organisme bisnis telah dituntut untuk terus berubah mengikuti
perkembangan iklim bisnis. Perubahan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan tentunya harus
mengikuti trend yang akan berdampak pada iklim usaha di masa depan. Trend yang berdampak pada
industri konstruksi di masa depan berdasarkan
lingkungan makro yang terdiri dari politik, ekonomi, sosial, dan Teknologi PEST adalah sebagai berikut:
c. Comparison with RKAP 2014 and Projection 2015
Realization of revenues in 2014 recorded at Rp5,710.07 billion, reached 75.18 from target
set in RKAP 2014 at Rp7,605.01 billion. On the realization operating income recorded at Rp145.74
billion, reach 61.75 from target set at Rp236 billion. From the Company’s sound performance,
the Company got a category of “SEHAT AA” with a target score of 82.5 points, higher compared with
the previous year with a score of 81.50 points.
In the approved RKAP of 2015 by shareholders, the Company projected the Sales target amounted
at Rp7,737 billion or increased 35 from target Sales in 2014. Meanwhile, the proit growth in 2015
targeted at 21 in the amount of Rp175 billion, compared to 2014.
d. Opportunities and Challenges The Company as business organism has been
required to continue the development of business climate change. Changes carried out by the
Company would have to follow the trend that will have impact on climate businesses in the future.

Government of Indonesia is currently introducing Masterplan of the Acceleration and Expansion of
Indonesia’s Economic Development MP3EI Year 2011-2025. The implementation of MP3EI is conducted
to accelerate and expand economic development through the development of 8 eight main programs
consisting of 22 main economic activity. Strategy of the implementation of MP3EI is conducted by integrating 3
