Pada tahun 2011, Divisi Minyak dan Lemak Nabati SIMP mengadakan kontrak dengan Unicorp
Engineering S Pte. Ltd., Singapura atas pembelian dan pemasangan peralatan pabrik di
Tanjung
Priok berupa
persiapan otomatis,
kristalisasi dan
teksturisasi untuk
produksi margarin. Nilai kontrak atas pembelian dan
pemasangan peralatan-peralatan tersebut adalah sebesar EUR1.425.803 dan SIN1.162.363.
In 2011, SIMP’s Edible Oil and Fats Division entered into a contract with Unicorp Engineering
S Pte. Ltd., Singapore to purchase and install automatic
preparation, crystallization
and texturization plant in Tanjung Priok for production
of margarine. The contract value for purchases and installation of such equipment amounted to
EUR1,425,803 and SIN1,162,363.
Konstruksi Kapal Construction of Vessels
Pada tahun 2011, SSP mengadakan kontrak penjualan dan pembelian “Sale and Purchase
Contracts” dengan PT Palma Progress Shipyard untuk pembuatan 4 buah CPO barges dan tug
boats
dengan nilai
kontrak sebesar
US14.600.000. Seluruh CPO barges dan tug boats telah diserahterimakan ke SSP pada bulan
Juli 2012. In 2011, SSP entered into Sale and Purchase
Contracts with PT Palma Progress Shipyard for the construction of 4 CPO barges and tug boats with
total contract value of US14,600,000. All of the above-mentioned CPO barges and tug boats have
been handed over to SSP in July 2012.

Kelompok Usaha memiliki beberapa kontrak untuk memperoleh aset tetap dan tanaman perkebunan

Komitmen penjualan Sales commitment
Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2012, Kelompok Usaha memiliki komitmen penjualan untuk menyerahkan
karet, MKS dan inti kelapa sawit sebanyak 49.456 ton 2011: 26.686 ton dan benih bibit kelapa sawit
sebanyak 628.300 butir 2011: nihil kepada pelanggan pihak ketiga lokal dan luar negeri.

kernel of approximately 49,456 tonnes 2011: 26,686 tonnes and palm oil seed of 628,300
pieces 2011: nil to local and overseas third party customers.
Seluruh komitmen penjualan di atas akan terealisasi antara satu sampai dengan dua bulan
setelah tiap-tiap tanggal pelaporan. All of the above sales commitments will be realized
