Pembangunan pabrik penyulingan gula Construction of a sugar refinery plant
Pada tahun 2008, LPI mengadakan perjanjian pemasokan “Supply Agreement” dengan China
CAMC Engineering Co. Ltd., untuk penyediaan mesin dan peralatan pabrik penyulingan gula
dengan kapasitas olah sebesar 8.000 metrik ton tebu per hari di propinsi Sumatera Selatan, dengan
nilai kontrak sebesar US84.328.040. Di samping itu, LPI juga mengadakan perjanjian konstruksi
dengan CAMCE-MPS JO untuk membangun pabrik penyulingan gula tersebut dengan nilai kontrak
sebesar US33.741.960. In 2008, LPI entered into a Supply Agreement with
China CAMC Engineering Co. Ltd., whereby the latter is to supply machinery and equipment for a
sugar refinery plant with daily processing capacity of 8,000 metric tonnes of sugar cane located at the
province of South Sumatera for a contract value of US84,328,040.
LPI also
entered into
a Construction Agreement with CAMCE-MPS JO
whereby the latter is committed to construct and erect the aforesaid sugar refinery plant with a
contract value of US33,741,960.
CAMCE tidak dapat memenuhi kewajibannya sesuai kontrak di atas, sehingga LPI harus
melakukan pekerjaan perbaikan sampai akhirnya pabrik tersebut siap digunakan pada semester
kedua 2012. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, LPI mencatat piutang lain-lain atas klaim kepada
CAMCE sebesar Rp115.477 yang merupakan jumlah biaya yang timbul dari pekerjaan perbaikan
tersebut. Di lain pihak, LPI juga mencatat hutang lain-lain atas pembayaran terakhir retensi proyek
di atas sebesar Rp162.114. CAMCE failed to meet its obligations under the
said contract, forcing LPI to perform remedial works until the plant is ready to be used in the
second semester of 2012. Consequently, LPI recognized other receivables for its claim to
CAMCE amounting to Rp115,477 which represent the costs of the remedial works. On the other hand,
LPI also recorded other payables for the final payments retention payable for the above-
mentioned projects amounting to Rp162,114.

Sehubungan dengan
pembangunan pabrik
penyulingan minyak kelapa sawit mentah MKS di Tanjung Priok, pada tahun 2011, Divisi Minyak dan
Lemak Nabati SIMP mengadakan kontrak dengan beberapa kontraktor asing atas pembelian dan
pemasangan beberapa mesin pengisian minyak goreng dalam kemasan botol, jerigen dan isi ulang
pouch serta mesin untuk mencetak label. Jumlah nilai kontrak atas pembelian dan pemasangan
mesin-mesin tersebut adalah sebesar US351.150 dan EUR541.333.

SIMP’s Edible Oil and Fats Division entered into contracts with several foreign contractors to
purchase and install several filling machines for bottles, jerry can and pouch and labelling
machines. The contract value for the purchases and installation of such machineries amounted to
