ii. Pembagian dividen kas sejumlah Rp175
angka penuh per saham atau sejumlah Rp1.536.575 pada tahun 2012 dan Rp133
angka penuh per saham atau sejumlah Rp1.167.798 pada tahun 2011, yang masing-
masing diambil dari laba tahun berjalan yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas
induk tahun 2011 dan 2010. ii.
The distribution of cash dividends amounting to Rp175 full amount per share or totaling
Rp1,536,575 in 2012 and Rp133 full amount per share or totaling Rp1,167,798 in 2011,
which were taken from income for 2011 and 2010 attributable to equity holders of the
parent entity, respectively.
Sehubungan dengan pembagian dividen kas tersebut, bagian dividen Entitas Induk Perusahaan
adalah sebesar Rp769.318 2011: Rp584.682. Related to the distribution of the said cash
dividends, portion of dividend for the Parent Entity of
the Company
was Rp769,318
2011: Rp584,682.
Dividen kas yang diumumkan dan disetujui pada tahun 2012 dan 2011 telah dibayar seluruhnya oleh
Perusahaan masing-masing pada bulan Agustus 2012 dan Agustus 2011.
The above cash dividend declared and approved in 2012 and 2011 were fully paid by the Company in
August 2012 and August 2011, respectively.
25. HAK KNP ATAS ASET NETO ENTITAS ANAK 25. NCI IN NET ASSETS OF SUBSIDARIES
Hak KNP atas aset neto Entitas Anak merupakan bagian atas aset neto Entitas Anak yang tidak
dapat diatribusikan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung kepada Perusahaan Catatan 1.
NCI in net assets of Subsidiaries represents the portions of the net assets of the Subsidiaries that
are not attributable, directly or indirectly, to the Company Note 1.
Selama tahun 2012 dan 2011, jumlah dividen kas yang dibayarkan kepada KNP oleh Entitas Anak
yang sahamnya tidak seluruhnya dimiliki oleh Perusahaan masing-masing sebesar Rp603.103
dan Rp345.686. During 2012 and 2011, the total cash dividends
paid to NCI by the non-wholly owned Subsidiaries amounted
to Rp603,103
and Rp345,686,
respectively. Hak KNP atas aset neto Entitas Anak terutama
berasal dari ISHPL dan Entitas Anaknya serta ICBP dan Entitas Anaknya.
NCI in net assets of Subsidiaries mainly represent those of ISHPL and its Subsidiaries and ICBP and
its Subsidiaries.
