I. Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham RUPS tahun buku 2014
I. General Meeting of Shareholders GMS for the fiscal year 2014
Pada tanggal 29 April 2015, Perusahaan menyelenggarakan RUPS untuk tahun buku
2014. Berdasarkan notulen rapat, pemegang saham menetapkan antara lain penggunaan
laba neto Perusahaan tahun buku 2014 sebagai berikut:
On April 29, 2015, the Company held a GMS for
the fiscal year 2014. Based on the minutes of meeting, the shareholder approved, among
others, utilization of 2014 net income of the Company is as follows:
- Pembagian dividen sebesar Rp6.250.000 juta setara dengan US482.105
- Sisanya sebagai
cadangan untuk
mendukung kegiatan operasional dan pengembangan perusahaan
- Distribution of dividends of Rp6,250,000 million equivalent to US482,105
- The rest as a reserves to support operations and corporate development
Berdasarkan Surat Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara No. S-2602.MBU072015 tanggal
10 Juli 2015, terdapat tambahan alokasi laba untuk program kemitraan dan program bina
lingkungan masing-masing
sebesar Rp187.180 juta setara dengan US14.069
dan Rp187.180 juta setara dengan US14.069
Based on the Letter of Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. S-2602.MBU072015 dated
July 10, 2015, there was an additional appropriation of retained earning for partnership
program and community development program amounting Rp187,180 million equivalent to
US14,069 and Rp187,180 million equivalent to US14,069, respectively.

Pada tanggal 26 Februari 2014, Perusahaan menyelenggarakan RUPS untuk tahun buku
2013. Berdasarkan notulen rapat, pemegang saham menetapkan antara lain penggunaan
laba neto Perusahaan tahun buku 2013 sebagai berikut:
On February 26, 2014, the Company held a GMS for the fiscal year 2013. Based on the
minutes of meeting, the shareholders approved, among others, utilization of 2013 net income of
the Company is as follows: - Pembagian dividen sebesar Rp9.500.000
juta setara dengan US814.122 - Alokasi
cadangan umum
sebesar US2.247.502 yang terdiri dari cadangan
wajib sebesar US153.081 dan cadangan lainnya sebesar US2.094.421
- Distribution of dividends of Rp9,500,000 million equivalent to US814,122
- Allocation of US2,247,502 to a general reserves consisting of a compulsory
reserves of US153,081 and to other reserves of US2,094,421
Berdasarkan Surat Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara No. S-787MBU122014 tanggal
24 Desember 2014 terdapat deklarasi dividen sebesar Rp739.054 juta setara dengan
US59.282 untuk tahun buku 2013. Based on The Letter of Minister of State-Owned
Enterprises No. S-787MBU122014 dated December 24, 2014, there was a dividend
declaration amounting Rp739,054 million equivalent to US59,282 for the fiscal year
2013.
