continuously until the web is ready to operate. The finishing target is on the middle of February 2014, and the actual condition at the end january, 2014 is about 75.
The Works Plan Activities for CHS is shown in Annex F3.
6.4.5. Publication Disclosure
Activities for Public Disclosures and Transparencies will be done in lines on the training of Project Management Manual PMM and Financial Monitoring Report FMR or other
relevant trainings. And inputting the data or upload the articles will be done to the website of WINRIP. The web site itself, under developing by Management Information System
Specialist and targeted to completing on February 2014.
Progress of publication disclosure and transparency activities partly been done through training, as has been reported in section 6.3 above.
The Works Plan Activities for Publication Disclosure is shownin Annex F4.
6.5 Road Safety Audit
Since the Senior Road Safety Audit Engineer has been mobilized on 1

May 2013, technical design review which is AWP2 and AWP-3 sub-projects in aspect of road safety has been
implemented, and then Comment and Recommendation for the DED which were prepared and completed respectively by P2JN or DSC, have been made in response to
recommendation of the links for betterment and their implementation under Annual Works ProgramsAWP-2,3, and consists of Quality Assurance Road Safety Audit of Technical
Assistance for National Highway through site visiting, review of prepared drawing report, had an official meeting with stakeholder which is for Full design review and technical
advisory.
The CTC shall compile all the road safety recommendation in the road safety audit reports which shall be part of the technical reports.
Project performance of road safety audit is as following component. •
All activities which have undertaken during this month. -
Post Review, Site Visiting and Full Design Review for the DEDDetailed Engineering Design which is prepared by P2JN and BINTEK.
- Presentation meeting with the P2JN, PPK, BINTEK officials.
- Technical Review and Road Safety Review Report for 7 Packages to Full-Review
and Technical Assistance. -
Technical Advisory for the DED which is 10 Packages prepared by DSC. •
Current status of the project for technical field as of the end of this month.

Coordination Meeting , Ministry of Public Works
It is coordinated meeting to accelate the procurement process in WINRIP CTC contract on 17 January. Major issue is to mobilized the appointed staff timely and extend the assignment of Senior
Highway Engineer and Road Safety auditor engineer not less than 2 month in order to review the remained 6 packages by DED consultant.

Attendance the Meeting for WINRIP technical advisory regarding DED which is 4 packages 781012 of AWP-2 in West Sumatra province, Prepared by DSC, at WINRIP CTC office.
The Technical Design Road Safety Advisory Reference has been prepared by CTCtechnical review teamsenior highway engineer, senior road safety auditor, highway engineerfor the DED
package 781012 of AWP-2which has prepared by DSC team, in response to recommendation of the links for betterment and their implementation under second year Annual Works Program
AWP-2, AWP-3, and consists of Quality Assurance Road Safety Audit of Technical Assistance for National Highway, from 1th September 2013 to 31th September 2013.
And, the CTC technical review teamsenior highway engineer, senior road safety auditor, highway engineer attended the meeting with the DSC team in order to discuss finalize about the
Technical Design Road Safety Advisory Reference which is related with above 4 packages, on23th January 2014.

Attendance the Meeting for the Implementation Review and Activities for WINRIPat the Ministry of Public Works, on 24
th
January 2014.
The senior road safety audit engineer was invited and attended the meeting which is the Implementation Review and road safety guidelines for WINRIP on24th January 2014, with sub-
directorate of environmental engineering and road safety of the directorate of technical affairs, at the Ministry of Public Works. The objective of the meeting is to discuss about activities and guidelines
with road safety which is regarding design and construction phase, the guidelines of RSA which is consideration and checklist for design and construction phase as it had discussed and requested to
be mad by senior road safety engineer from sub-directorate of environmental engineering and road safety of the directorate of technical affairs at the last meeting on 20th December 2013in order to
hand over assistant road safety engineer,after technical reviewing in aspect of road safety. Because it can be used to monitor in aspect of road safety under construction phase.
