6.7 Management Information System

The application of Complaint Handling System CHS has been discussed several times with the ACAP team. The discussion have some input and changes are below: i. Addition of the Follow-up module Modul Tindak Lanjut. ii. Changes in database structure. iii. Addition features of export to PDF and Excel. iv. Addition of Province field. And the next stage is to disseminate and training of the application to the officials CHU, PMU, Satker, PPK and also TPM’s. This agenda will follow the work schedule of the ACAP team. 6.7.1 Complaint Handling System CHS

1 Background To make it easier to solicit complaints from NGOs and public, it is made in a variety of channels to collect information such complaints. This media channels such complaints are as follows: • Mobile Phone Line cell phone using a special phone number and easy to remember so that people have no difficulty in making a complaint report by text message SMS. • Facsimile Facsimile channels using the fax number address of the CHU secretariat or the CTC- WINRIP office. • Letters The public can send a complaint letter to a PO Box address which is then forwarded to the CHU secretariat or the CTC-WINRIP office. • E-mail The Society can also send electronic mail e-mail of complaints addressed to e-mail address of the CHU secretariat or the CTC-WINRIP office. • Website And lastly , the people could use the WINRIP website which will then be forwarded to e- mail of the CHU secretariat or the CTC-WINRIP office.
