6.6.15. Package No. 15: Sibolga – Bts. Tapsel Social Issues:

CTC received Final LARAP report form BalaiPMU on 30 September 2013. The report already submitted to the Bank on 22 October 2013 and approved by the Bank on 28 October 2013 with some comments. Follow up the World Bank review and PMU letter, now the Larap report is being revision process by CTC. A revision Larap reports had been submitted to the WB dated 30 January 2014 and now waiting some comment from the WB. Environmental Issues: The UKLUPL was sent to Bank on 30 September 2013

6.6.16. Package No. 16: Sebelat – Ipuh Social Issues:

CTC received a Larap report of package for Pasr. Pedati – Kerkap from Balai III PalembangPMU dated 7 October 2013. CTC has reviewed to finalization the Larap report during November 2013, and submitted to PMU dated 29 October 2013. The Larap report already submitted to the World Bank from PMU dated 13 November 2103 and approval the World Bank dated 20 November 2013 with some comments. Follow up the World Bank review and PMU letter, now the Larap report is being revision process by CTC. A revision of the Larap report had been submitted to the World Bank dated 9 January 2014 and approval from the WB dated 16 January 2014 with request to provide 1 the Laraps are signed by Local Government, 2 using the form provided in Laraps in the monitoring report, and 3 land appraisal value used as reference for conducting negotiation. Now, the WB request is under preparation by Satker I Bengkulu. Environmental Issues: AMDAL document not yet complete, and CTC waiting for the report from P2JN Bengkulu.

6.6.17. Package No. 17: SP. Gunung Kemala – Pg. Tampak Social Issues:

The Larapreport has reviewed by CTC and submitted to PMU dated 30 August 2013. The Monthly Progress Report January 2014 Western I ndonesia National Roads I mprovement Project 56 report already submitted to the World Bank from PMU dated 10 September 2013 and approval the World Bank dated 16 September 2013 with some comment The revision of Larap Report submitted to PMU from CTC dated 29 October 2013. The report already submitted to the World Bank dated 06 November 2103 and responsed by the Bank on 12 November 2013 that the documents disclosed at PMU website. Referring to letter from the World Bank, Director of Planning submit a official letter to Director of Implementation Affairs Region I dated 18 November 2013 regarding approval of the report from the World Bank to be informed to Balai III PalembangSatker in Lampung Province. Now, PMUCTC waiting a report of Larap implementation from Satker in Lampung Province. Environmental Issues: The AMDAL was sent to Bank on 30 September 2013, and approved by the World Bank on 20 November 2013 and request the documents to disclosed at PMU website.

6.6.18. Package No. 18: Mukomuko – Bts. Sumbar Social Issues:
