Biaya Perolehan Pelanggan Subscriber Acquisition Cost
Penambahan SAC termasuk jumlah yang dibayarkan oleh MNCSV kepada NV atas
pengalihan semua pelanggan baru yang diperoleh NV kepada MNCSV setiap bulannya, kecuali
jumlah pelanggan tersebut diperlukan NV untuk mempertahankan Broadcasting License milik NV.
Addition on SAC including the amount paid by MNCSV to NV for the transfer of new subscribers
that subsequently acquired by NV to MNCSV on a monthly basis, except for the number of
subscribers necessary for NV to maintain the Broadcasting License.
NV setuju untuk memberikan jasa penjualan dan pemasaran kepada MNCSV secara eksklusif.
Perjanjian ini akan dimulai pada tanggal 1 Mei 2011 dan secara otomatis akan diperpanjang dari
tahun ke tahun dengan kesepakatan dari kedua belah pihak setiap tahun Tahun Layanan,
kecuali salah satu pihak memberikan pemberitahuan tertulis untuk tidak
memperpanjang perjanjian kepada pihak lainnya. NV agrees to provide sales and marketing
services to MNCSV on an exclusive basis. This Agreement shall commence on May 1, 2011 and
shall be automatically extended in full force and effect from year to year each year a “Service
Year”, unless one of the parties gives written notice of non-extension to the other Party.
Untuk setiap pelanggan baru yang berhasil diperoleh oleh NV, MNCSV setuju untuk
membayar Rp 200.000 sampai dengan Rp 400.000, belum termasuk PPN, kepada NV.
For each new subscriber successfully acquired by NV, MNCSV agrees to pay Rp 200,000 up to
Rp 400,000, excluding VAT, to NV.

Channel Acquisition Biaya perolehan channel merupakan beberapa
channel seperti: Sport 1, Sport 2, Comedy, Drama, Infotainment, Fashion, Kids, Home and Living,
Muslim, Entertainment, News dan Music Channel yang dibeli dengan total harga US 35 juta.
Jumlah amortisasi tahun 2014 adalah sebesar Rp 5.256 juta.
Channel acquisition represents cost of channels, such as: Sport 1, Sport 2, Comedy, Drama,
Infotainment, Fashion, Kids, Home and Living, Muslim, Entertainment, News and Music
Channel which was bought with total price of US 35 million. Total amortization in 2014
amounted to Rp 5,256 million.
