P rogram revitalisasi budaya komunitas Bajo telah memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Bukan hanya kepada tujuan utama dari program ini yakni pelestarian seni dan budaya,
tetapi lebih jauh adalah memberikan dampak kepada beberapa isu strategis yang menjadi kebutuhan di masyarakat.
Saat ini masyarakat Desa Hakatutobu telah menikmati hasil program pengembangan kawasan, yang lahir dan dihasilkan dari proses partisipasi komunitas sendiri. Selain itu pekerjaan swakelola masyarakat dari segi pembiayaan pada dasarnya menjadi sangat menguntungkan, bukan hanya dari aspek manfaat pengetahuan tetapi dari segi pembiayaan. Dengan kesepakatan pengelolaan yang partisipatif akhirnya komunitas dapat berkreasi dengan improvisasi positif menambah volume dari perencanaan yang akhirnya langsung akan menambah manfaat bagi komunitas.
Implementasi program ini bukannya tanpa hambatan. Salah satu yang mendasar adalah kondisi lingkungan yang diakibatkan oleh beroperasinya perusahaan tambang- perusahaan tambang di sekitar desa. Selain kondisi lingkungan yang terancam, operasi perusahaan tambang ini mengikutkan masalah sosial yang berbanding terbalik dengan capaian program-program Antam. Konflik sosial antara komunitas serta perubahan perilaku dalam masyarakat desa juga menjadi keprihatinan dan hambatan program ini. Oleh sebab itu sebagai strategi mendatang, Antam akan membuat strategi tambahan dalam meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat untuk dapat menghadapi tantangan yang terjadi.
R evitalization program of Bajo community culture has given a significant positive impact. Not only for the main goal of this program that is the preservation of art and
culture, but it further gives impact on some strategic issues that become a necessity in the community.
Currently Hakatutobu Village residents have been enjoying the development program results of the area, which was originated and produced from their own community participation process. In addition, self-management of the community in terms of financing basically becomes very beneficial, not only from the aspect of knowledge but also the benefits in terms of financing. With the participatory management agreement, the community can create with positive improvisation to increase the volume of planning that eventually will add direct benefits for the community.
The implementation of this program is not without obstacles. One of fundamental obstacles is environmental conditions caused by the operation of mining companies around the village. Besides the environmental conditions are threatened, the operations of mining companies also include social problems that are inversely proportional to the achievements of Antam’s programs. Social conflicts between communities and changes in behavior in rural communities are also of concern and barriers to this program. Therefore, as a future strategy, Antam will create additional strategies to increase community capacity to be able to face the challenges.
