EMPLOYEE WELFARE

Antam’s employee welfare is regulated in the Collective Work Agreement (PKB), which is periodically evaluated by management and worker unions. On July 30, 2010, Antam and Aneka Tambang Employees Union (Perpantam) signed a new collective agreement which will take effect three years in the period 2010-2012. PKB has been registered with the Directorate General of Industrial Relations and Worker Social Security, Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration through Decree Number Kep.127/PHIJSK-PKKAD/PKBNIII/2010, dated August 16, 2010.

One of the employees’ rights which is regulated and guaranteed in the PKB is the provision of compensation and benefits. This includes wages or compensation without discrimination between female and male employees to determine the amount. The amount of wages/ compensation are provided by considering the position and performance assessment through SMUK. (LA14)
