Grand Elty Krakatoa – Lampung, serta Grand Elty Singgasana yang berlokasi di Tenggarong. • Edutainment Waterpark and Themepark Penghasilan Perusahaan pada segmen ini berasal dari wahana rekreasi The Jungle Waterpark dan Jungle Fest, yang berlokasi di dalam kompleks perumahan Bogor Nirwana Residence, dan JungleLand Adventure Themepark yang berlokasi di Sentul. • Retail Sports Center Penghasilan pada segmen ini berasal dari penyewaan ruang retail Plaza Festival, penyewaan ruang retail yang berada di The Grove Suites dan The 18th Residence, selain itu Perusahaan juga memiliki segmen bisnis sports center yang penghasilannya berasal dari keanggotaan pusat kebugaran Elite Club Epicentrum di kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum serta penghasilan dari pengelolaan Gelanggang Mahasiswa Soemantri Brojonegoro GMSB. • Jasa Manajemen Penghasilan dari segmen usaha jasa manajemen merupakan hasil dari pengelolaan gedung-gedung dan sarana-sarana pada proyek Bakrieland seperti Wisma Bakrie 1, Wisma Bakrie 2, Bakrie Tower, Plaza Festival, Rasuna Office Park, dan Epiwalk Office Suites. Pendapatan Usaha Berkelanjutan Di tahun 2014, Perusahaan juga merealisasikan strateginya untuk memperkuat penghasilan berulang. Bakrieland berupaya memperkuat penghasilan yang bersifat tetap dengan memiliki proyek-proyek yang menghasilkan penghasilan berkelanjutan. Adapun • Strata Hotels The Company’s revenues in the strata hotel business were mainly contributed by The Grove Suites project developed in the Epicentrum and the Awana Condotel project in Yogyakarta. • Hotel Resort The Company’s revenues in the hotel resort business came mainly from the Aston Rasuna Jakarta located in the Epicentrum, Aston Bogor in Bogor Nirwana Residence, Grand Elty Krakatoa - Lampung, and Grand Elty Singgasana in Tenggarong. • Edutainment Waterpark and Themepark The Company’s revenues in this segment came from its recreational parks The Jungle Waterpark and JungleFest both of which are located in the residential complex of Bogor Nirwana Residence, and from the JungleLand Adventure Themepark in Sentul. • Retail Sports Center Revenues in this segment come from leasing the retail space of Plaza Festival, The Grove Suites and The 18th Residence, aside from the Company’s generated revenues in the sports center business by managing the Elite Club in the Epicentrum compound, and by managing Gelanggang Mahasiswa Soemantri Brojonegoro a youth sports complex GMSB. • Management Services The Company also generates revenues through management services by managing office buildings and facilities at Bakrieland projects such as at Wisma Bakrie 1, Wisma Bakrie 2, Bakrie Tower, Plaza Festival, Rasuna Office Park and Epiwalk Office Suites. Recurring Income In 2014, the Company executed a strategy to strengthen the base for its recurring income. Bakrieland did so by developing projects capable of generating recurring income.
