12. INVESTMENT IN SHARES OF STOCK AND ADVANCE FOR
INVESTMENT continued Pada tanggal 30 Desember 2014, PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo GAP, Entitas Anak, membeli 51 kepemilikan saham PT Lembu Nusantara Jaya LNJ dengan nilai pengalihan sebesar Rp 39,10 miliar lihat Catatan 4 butir m. On December 30, 2014, PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo GAP, a Subsidiary, purchase 51 shares ownership in PT Lembu Nusantara Jaya LNJ with transfer amount of Rp 39.10 billion see Note 4 point m. Berdasarkan Kesepakatan Bersama tanggal 31 Desember 2014, antara GAP dan PT Dutaperkasa Unggullestari DPUL, pemegang saham LNJ bahwa GAP belum akan mengendalikan aspek keuangan dan operasional LNJ sampai dengan semester pertama tahun 2015 atau waktu lain yang disepakati kemudian. MLCL. As of December 31, 2013, advance for invesment of PT Mutiara Masyhur Sejahtera MMS, represent advance of 99.21 ownerships in MMS which is paid by BSU, a Subsidiary, to Minarak Labuan Co.L Ltd. Sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2013, Perjanjian Penyelesaian untuk memberlakukan penutupan transaksi ini masih dalam proses penyelesaian, oleh sebab itu atas pembayaran BSU kepada MLCL dicatat sebagai bagian dari akun “Uang Muka Penyertaan Saham”. MLCL, and PT Minarak Labuan Indonesia MLI signed an Assignment and Amendment Agreement, which MLCL assign its rights and obligations as outlined in the Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement on Shares of PT Mutiara Masyhur Sejahtera MMS to MLI.
