Lingkungan 1. Pohon Untuk Negeri
Program Pohon Untuk Negeri PUN adalah wujud dukungan Perusahaan terhadap gerakan
penghijauan di mana salah satunya adalah program Pemerintah ‘Gerakan Semiliar Pohon’. Beberapa
aktivitas dilakukan untuk menularkan semangat green
diantaranya : • Di bulan April, karyawan Bakrieland dan Unit
Usaha dibagikan tanaman untuk dirawat. Saat bulan November, tanaman ditanam di 2 dua
Unit Usaha • Penanaman pohon dalam rangka Hari Pohon
Nasional yang jatuh pada 21 November 2014 di 2 dua Unit Usaha, yaitu JungleLand dan
JungleFest. Perusahaan menanam lebih dari 250 jenis tanaman peneduh di sekitar lahan
properti, bahkan di JungleFest, kegiatan ini bekerja sama dengan Pasukan Pengamanan
Presiden Paspamres C dan LSM Nusatani. Elemen pemerintah dan LSM ini merupakan
institusi yang berdomisili dekat dengan Bogor Nirwana Residen.

The Environment 1. Pohon Untuk Negeri Trees for the Nation
The Program Trees for the Nation is the Company’s support for the green movement,
including the government’s program “Gerakan Semiliar Pohon”. Some of the activities carried
out to spread the green spirit included: • In April 2014, the employees of Bakrieland and
its business units were given plants to care for. By November, the plants were growing well in 2
two business units. • Planting trees in JungleLand and JungleFest in
commemorating the National Tree Day, which was on November 21, 2014. The Company
planted more than 250 different kinds of shaded plants around properties, event in JungleFest,
in performing this activity, the Company worked together with the Presidential Guard Paspamres
C and the Nusatani NGO, who reside close to Bogor Nirwana Residen.

2. Green Office
Diluncurkannya program Green Office merupakan upaya Perusahaan untuk mengajak karyawannya
untuk peduli dan berpartisipasi dalam pelestarian lingkungan mulai dari lingkungan kantor. Beberapa
aktivitas yang dilakukan antara lain:
5R Green Office
Karyawan diajak untuk ikut serta menyelamatkan lingkungan dengan melaksanakan prinsip 5R:
Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, dan Rajin pada lingkungan kerjanya. Semangat penerapan
5R Green Office didukung oleh Green Office Campaign dimana karyawan diberikan informasi
mengenai lingkungan sekitar serta cara-cara yang dapat dilakukan sebagai karyawan dalam
menyelamatkan lingkungan di sekitar kantor.
Earth Hour Bakrieland
Earth Hour dilaksanakan untuk menyatukan dan merealisasikan komitmen masyarakat di
seluruh dunia untuk menghemat energi dengan mematikan lampu dan peralatan elektronik yang
tidak dipakai selama 1 jam. Di Indonesia, Earth Hour dilakukan pada hari Sabtu, 29 Maret 2014
pada pukul 20.30 – 21.30 waktu setempat. Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Perusahaan bersama Unit
Usaha juga ikut berpartisipasi, sekaligus mengajak para pemangku kepentingan di lingkungan
Perusahaan.
Green Heroes Bakrieland
Perusahaan melaksanakan program Green Heroes yang memberikan apresiasi kepada karyawan
yang berperilaku go green di lingkungan kantor. Apresiasi Green Heroes ini diharapkan dapat
membuat Bakrielanders lainnya menjadi lebih terpacu dan tergerak untuk selalu terpikir untuk
mendukung aksi go green.
3. Taman Sekolah
Komitmen untuk senantiasa menyelamatkan lingkungan dengan mulai mendidik generasi
selanjutnya untuk mencintai lingkungan Perusahaan lakukan melalui program Taman
Sekolah. Sekolah yang sudah dibangukan Taman oleh Bakrieland diantaranya: PAUDTK Mawar 3
Kecamatan Mulyaharda, Bogor dan Sekolah SD Karang Tengah 1 Sentul
2. Green Office
The launch of the Green Office program is an effort of Bakrieland to invite its employees to
participate in the care and preservation of the environment starting at the office. Some of the
activities undertaken included:
5R Green Office
Employees are invited to participate in saving the environment by implementing the 5
principles: Brief, Neat, Clean, Care, and Diligent in the work environment. The spirit of the Green
Office 5 Principles is supported by the Green Office Campaign, where employees are given
information about the surrounding environment as well as the measures employees can take to
save the environment around the office.
Earth Hour Bakrieland
Earth Hour is held to unite and realize the commitment of the societies throughout the world
to conserve energy, by turning off unused lights and appliances for 1 hour. In Indonesia, earth hour
was performed on Saturday, March 29th, 2014 from 20:30 to 21:30 local time. On this occasion,
the Company together with the business units also participated and invited the stakeholders of
the Company.
Bakrieland Green Heroes
The Company applied the Green Heroes program, by extending recognitions and
awards to employees who go green in the office environment. The Green Heroes award is
expected to encourage other Bakrielanders to be more motivated to support going green actions.
3. School Garden
The commitment to always save the environment by educating the next generation to love the
environment is performed by Bakrieland through the School Garden program. Bakrieland built
gardens for several schools, among others: PAUDTK Mawar 3 Kecamatan Mulyaharda, Bogor
and Sekolah SD Karang Tengah 1 Sentul.

B. Unit Usaha
Pada tiap proyeknya, Bakrieland berupaya memberikan dampak signifikan bagi masyarakat
sekitarnya. Oleh karena itu, pada tiap proyeknya Bakrieland senantiasa mengembangkan design
program CSR yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat lokal. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk
mempercepat pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal berbasiskan pilar pendidikan, lingkungan dan
sosial.
1. Kampung Makmur Rasuna Epicentrum
Sejak peluncuran konsep Kampung Makmur yang ditandai dengan dibangunnya Taman
Cerdas pada tahun 2011, Rasuna Epicentrum telah meluncurkan banyak program yang
mengarah pada upaya perbaikan kualitas hidup masyarakat Menteng Atas. Beberapa
program ini adalah: • Bekerja sama dengan sekolah Pendidikan
Anak Usia Dini PAUD Cempaka RW5 Menteng Atas. Selama tahun 2014, sudah
sebanyak 55 anak di didik melalui PAUD ini.

B. Business Unit
In each project, Bakrieland seeks to provide significant impact on the surrounding community.
Therefore, at each project, Bakrieland continues to develop the design of the CSR programs tailored
to the needs of the local communities. This is intended to accelerate the empowerment of local
communities based on the pillars of education, environmental and social.
1. Kampung Makmur Rasuna Epicentrum
Since the launch of the Kampung Makmur concept, characterized by the development
of Taman Cerdas in 2011, Rasuna Epicentrum has launched many programs directed to the
improvement of the quality of life of the Menteng Atas community. Some of the programs include:
• Working together with the Early Childhood Education PAUD Cempaka RW5 Menteng
Atas. During the year 2014 55 children were educated in this early childhood education.

• Bekerja sama dengan Kelurahan Menteng Atas melakukan edukasi manfaat Tanaman
Obat Keluarga TOGA •
Bekerja sama dengan Posyandu Menteng Atas untuk menyelenggarakan
pemeriksaan gratis setiap 3 bulan sekali bagi anak Balita warga Menteng Atas
• Bekerja sama dengan Palang Merah Indonesia PMI mengadakan donor darah
yang melibatkan karyawan dan masyarakat sekitar untuk mengantisipasi kebutuhan
darah kota Jakarta setiap 3 bulan sekali • Bekerja sama dengan Yayasan Bakrie
Amanah mengadakan Sunatan Masal Gratis yang diikuti oleh 200-an anak
Menteng Atas • Bekerja sama dengan Yayasan Jantung
Indonesia mengadakan cek kesehatan gratis bagi masyarakat sekitar setiap 3
bulan sekali • Menyediakan 1 mobil ambulans yang
melayani pengantaran jenazah sampai dengan proses penguburan
• Pemberian hewan qurban saat Idul Adha melalui Masjid Al-Bakrie
2. Agroforesty PERHIPTANI Park Krakatoa Nirwana Resort
Bekerja sama dengan Perhimpunan Penyuluh Pertanian Indonesia PERHIPTANI, Krakatoa
Nirwana Resort membentuk Agroforestry PERHIPTANI Park yang mengelola kawasan
pertanian seluas 25 Ha. PERHIPTANI dalam hal ini mempunyai waktu 8 delapan tahun
untuk mengolah kawasan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran seluruh pemangku kepentingan
Bakrieland dan mewujudkan upaya melestarikan lingkungan yang diikuti dengan
pembangunan sentra aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Kawasan ini telah menjadi
salah satu fasilitas pariwisata hotel Grand Elty Krakatoa yang menawarkan para tamunya
menikmati agrowisata. • Working together with the Village of Menteng
Atas to educate the benefits of Family Medicinal Plants TOGA.
• Working with the Menteng Atas Integrated Health Post for free examinations every 3
months for children under five, as residents of Menteng Atas.
• Cooperated with the Indonesian Red Cross PMI to organize blood donation involving the
employees and the surrounding community in Jakarta every 3 months.
• Working with the Bakrie Amanah Foundation to organize free Mass Circumcision followed
by 200 children of Menteng Atas. • Collaborated with the Indonesian Heart
Foundation to organize a free health check for the surrounding community every 3 months.
• Provided 1 ambulance to assist in the burial ceremony process.
• Provided sacrificial animals during Eid Al-Adha through Al-Bakrie Mosque.
2. Agroforesty PERHIPTANI Park Krakatoa Nirwana Resort
In cooperation with the Indonesian Association of Agricultural Instructor PERHIPTANI, Krakatoa
Nirwana Resort formed PERHIPTANI Park Agroforestry, managing an agricultural area of 25
Ha. PERHIPTANI in this case has a period of 8 eight years to cultivate the area, to increase the
awareness of all stakeholders of Bakrieland and realize the efforts to preserve the environment,
followed by the development of centers of economic activities of the surrounding community.
This area has become one of the tourism facilities, namely the Grand Elty Krakatoa Hotel which offers
its guests to enjoy agrotourism.
