Pangsa pasar yang cukup besar dan tumbuh secara signiikan menjadi daya tarik bagi pihak lain untuk terjun ke dalam industri yang sama dengan yang digeluti oleh anak perusahaan. Situasi seperti ini berdampak pada meningkatnya persaingan usaha dan kemungkinan terjadinya kelebihan pasokan di pasar, sehingga para pemasok properti berlomba-lomba mendapatkan konsumen sebanyak mungkin dengan berbagai penawaran yang menarik. Ketatnya persaingan usaha dalam industri properti dan beragamnya konsep yang ditawarkan oleh pesaing berpotensi mengurangi permintaan atas produk-produk Bakrieland. menghadapi hal ini, Bakrieland selalu mengeluarkan produk yang inovatif sehingga memenuhi kebutuhan pasar dan memfokuskan pengembangan pada proyek- proyek yang telah memiliki kinerja yang telah terukur selama ini. Selain itu, dalam pengembangan vertical project, Bakrieland menerapkan take up rate policy sebesar 30- 40 untuk memulai pembangunan proyeknya. 3. Credit Risk Bakrieland’s sales system can essentially be grouped into 3 three categories: sales through bank credits houseapartment ownership loan; direct cash sales; and deferred cash sales. credit risk surfaces in a deferred cash sales method and an installment payment scheme as is applicable in homeapartment loans from banks due to the probability of payment failure by consumers. A fairly sizeable market share that demonstrates signiicant growth will appeal to other parties, drawing them into the same industry in which our subsidiaries are also engaged. Such circumstances will intensify business competition and the possibility of excess market supply, thus property suppliers will vie with each other to win over as many customers possible through various attractive offers. Fierce business rivalry in the property industry and the wide array of concepts offered by competitors may lower demand for Bakrieland products. In dealing with this, Bakrieland constantly strives to offer innovative products to meet market needs and focuses on the development of projects with proven and measurable performance.
