Model kalibrasi parameter protein sampel recovery produk A dengan metode spektroskopi Near Infrared Reflectance NIR perlu diverifikasi menggunakan sampel recovery produk A
varian X saja atau varian Y saja. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meyakinkan bahwa model kalibrasi parameter protein sampel recovery produk A yang telah diperoleh dapat digunakan untuk
mengevaluasi parameter protein salah satu varian di antara dua varian sampel recovery produk A tersebut. Instrumen NIRS dan FTIR perlu dievaluasi setiap minggunya dengan metode
konvensional pada masing-masing parameter komposisi sampel recovery untuk memantau konsistensi pengukuran instrumen.
