Environmental Issues:
AMDAL document does not complete yet, and CTC is waiting for the report from P2JN Bengkulu.
6.6.17 Package No.17: SP. Gunung Kemala – Pg. Tampak Social Issues:
The Larap report has reviewed by CTC and submitted to PMU dated 30 August 2013. The report already submitted to the World Bank by PMU dated 10 September 2013 and approval
the World Bank dated 16 September 2013 with some comment
The revision of Larap Report submitted to PMU by CTC dated 29 October 2013. The report already submitted to the World Bank dated 06 November 2103 and responsed by the Bank
on 12 November 2013 and that documents disclosed at PMU website.
Referring to letter from the World Bank, Director of Planning submit a official letter to Director of Implementation Affairs Region I dated 18 November 2013 regarding approval of the report
from the World Bank to be informed to Balai III PalembangSatker in Lampung Province. Now, PMUCTC is waiting a report of Larap implementation from Satker in Lampung
Province.
Environmental Issues:
The AMDAL was sent to the Bank on 30 September 2013, and approved by the World Bank on 20 November 2013 and requested that documents to disclosed at PMU website.
6.6.18 Package No.18: Mukomuko – Bts. Sumbar Social Issues:
Balai III will provide Larap Document for this package.
Environmental Issues:
The environmental safeguard or UKL UPL has completed and will be sent to the WB after DGH sent formal letter to the WB that no change link for this package.
This package will be replaced with other link by DGH, so the environmental safeguard requirement is not clear yet.
6.6.19 Package No.19: Lais - Bintunan Social Issues:
CTC received a Larap report of package no.19 Lais - Bintunan from Balai III PalembangPMU dated 7 October 2013. CTC has reviewed to finalize the Larap report
during November 2013, and submitted to PMU dated 29 October 2013. The Larap report already submitted to the World Bank by PMU dated 13 November 2103 and approval the
World Bank dated 20 November 2013 with some comments.
Follow up the World Bank review and PMU letter, now the Larap report is being revised by
