6.5 Road Safety Audit
Comment and Recommendation for the DED which were prepared and completed respectively by P2JN or DSC, have been made in response to recommendation of the links
for betterment and their implementation under Annual Works ProgramsAWP-2,3, and consists of Quality Assurance Road Safety Audit of Technical Assistance for National
Highway through site visiting, review of prepared drawing report, had an official meeting with stakeholder which is for Full design review and technical advisory.
The CTC shall compile all the road safety recommendation in the road safety audit reports which shall be part of the technical reports.
Project performance of road safety audit is as following component. •
All activities which have undertaken during this month. -
Post Review, Site Visiting and Full Design Review for the DEDDetailed Engineering Design which is prepared by P2JN and BINTEK.
- Presentation meeting with the P2JN, PPK, BINTEK officials.
- Technical Review and Road Safety Review Report for 7 Packages to Full-Review
and Technical Assistance. -
Technical Advisory for the DED which is 10 Packages prepared by DSC.
• Current status of the project for technical field as of the end of this month.

Attendance the Meeting for WINRIP technical advisory regarding DED which is 4 packages 781012 of AWP-2 in West Sumatra province, Prepared by DSC, at WINRIP CTC office.
The CTC technical review teamsenior highway engineer, senior road safety auditor, highway engineer attended the meeting with the DSC team on 3th, 5th and 7th March 2014 in order to
discuss finalize about the additional Technical Design Road Safety comment and recommendation which is related with above 4 packages and handed over to the DSC team on 6th
February 2014.

1th March to 25th March 2014 in order to be intended as a guide for project management and implementation of the project in aspect of road safey audit.
The final Project Management Manual which is Chapter 10.11 Road Safety Audit in the WINRIP Project Management Manual: WINRIP Loan IBRD No. 8043-ID has been submitted on 25th March
2014.

The CTC technical review teamsenior highway engineer, senior road safety auditor, highway engineer attended the meeting with the PU staffs on 18th March and 19th March 2014 in order to
discuss finalize about the Project Management Manual with the charging staffs in the PU each field in order to reflect the latest guideline, manual and methodology to implement the project.

Final Technical Advisory for DED which is 1 packages of AWP-2 in Bengkulu province in order to finalize technical quality review to the design preparation by DSC Attendance the
Meeting for WINRIP, at WINRIP CTC office. Final Design Technical Review of 1 package which is WINRIP AWP-3 in Bengkulu province has
carried out by the CTC technical review teamsenior highway engineer, senior road safety auditor, highway engineer in order to assess and finalize the technical quality review to the design
preparation which has prepared by DSC team, in response to recommendation of the links for betterment and their implementation under third year Annual Works Program AWP-3, and consists
of Quality Assurance Road Safety Audit of Technical Assistance for National Highway, from 17th March 2014 to 27th March 2014. and then CTC team has prepared additional Technical Design
