The CTC technical review teamsenior highway engineer, senior road safety auditor, highway engineer attended the meeting with the PU staffs on 18th March and 19th March 2014 in order to
discuss finalize about the Project Management Manual with the charging staffs in the PU each field in order to reflect the latest guideline, manual and methodology to implement the project.
From 17 March 2014 To 27 March 2014
Final Technical Advisory for DED which is 1 packages of AWP-2 in Bengkulu province in order to finalize technical quality review to the design preparation by DSC Attendance the
Meeting for WINRIP, at WINRIP CTC office. Final Design Technical Review of 1 package which is WINRIP AWP-3 in Bengkulu province has
carried out by the CTC technical review teamsenior highway engineer, senior road safety auditor, highway engineer in order to assess and finalize the technical quality review to the design
preparation which has prepared by DSC team, in response to recommendation of the links for betterment and their implementation under third year Annual Works Program AWP-3, and consists
of Quality Assurance Road Safety Audit of Technical Assistance for National Highway, from 17th March 2014 to 27th March 2014. and then CTC team has prepared additional Technical Design
Road Safety CAMcomment and recommendation for realistic improvement regarding DED in order to provide the last chance to the DSC team so as to change the design before actual construction of
the road.

The final recommendation which is to finalize technical quality assurance in aspect of highway and road safety for DED has been submitted on 27th March 2014

6.6 Environmental and Social Impact Issues
6.6.1 Package No.01: Krui – Biha
Social Issues:
The Larap report of Package no.04 Krui – Biha Lampung Province has already approved by the World Bank dated 4 January 2013, and the monitoring report had been submitted to the
World Bank by PMU dated 10 April 2013. The World Bank has reviewed the report dated 18 April 2013 required revision to be provided by DGH.
According to the World Bank requested, CTC has revised a monitoring report, and submited to PMU dated 18 June 2013. A monitoring report has been submitted to the World Bank by
PMU dated 21 June 2013, and approval from the World Bank dated 26 June 2013. Contract signing for the Package no.01 Krui – Biha dated 25 Nov 2013.
Environmental Issues:
A SPPL has already been sent to the Bank by PMU dated 30 September 2013 and t
he CTC letter to PMU
on 14
March 2014
concerning
the submission form monitoring RKPPL and RKLUKL for supervising the environmental management on construction stage
will be done by the contractors.
