Laba per saham dihitung berdasarkan rata-rata tertimbang jumlah saham yang beredar selama
tahun yang bersangkutan. Perusahaan tidak mempunyai efek berpotensi
saham biasa yang bersifat dilutif pada tanggal 31 Desember 2013 dan 2012 .
Earnings per share is computed based on the weighted average number of issued and fully
paid shares during the year. The Company has no outstanding dilutive
potential ordinary shares as of December 31, 2013 and 2012 .

Segment Information
Kelompok Usaha menerapkan PSAK No. 5 Revisi 2009, “Segmen Operasi”. Untuk tujuan
pelaporan manajemen, Kelompok Usaha hanya terdiri atas satu segmen operasi, yaitu
produksi ban kendaraan bermotor. The Group applied PSAK No. 5 Revised
2009, “Operating Segments”. For the purpose of management reporting, the Group is
organized as
one operating
segment, manufacturing of tyres for motor vehicles.

belum efektif sampai dengan tanggal laporan keuangan konsolidasian Kelompok Usaha:
The Group has not applied the following accounting standards that have been issued or
amended and considered relevant and will give significant impact to financial position, results,
or disclosures of the Group, but not yet effective up to the date of issuance of the
Group’s consolidated financial statements:
i PSAK 1: Penyajian Laporan Keuangan Revisi terhadap PSAK 1 memperkenalkan
pengelompokan pos-pos yang disajikan pada pendapatan komprehensif lain. Pos-
pos yang akan direklasifikasi “didaur- ulang”
ke laba
rugi pada
periode mendatang, seperti laba atau rugi atas aset
keuangan tersedia untuk dijual, harus disajikan terpisah dari pos-pos yang tidak
akan direklasifikasi, seperti revaluasi tanah dan bangunan. Revisi PSAK 1 ini akan
berlaku efektif tanggal 1 Januari 2015. i PSAK 1: Financial Statement Presentation
The revision to PSAK 1 introduce a grouping of items presented in other
comprehensive income. Items that will be reclassified “recycled” to profit or loss at
a future point in time, such as net loss or gain on available-for-sale financial assets,
have to be presented separately from items that will not be reclassified, such as
revaluation of land and buildings. The revised PSAK 1 will be effective
January 1, 2015.
ii PSAK 24: Imbalan Kerja PSAK 24 yang direvisi mensyaratkan:
a seluruh biaya jasa lalu diakui pada yang lebih
awal antara
amandemenkurtailmen terjadi
dan pengakuan biaya restrukturisasi atau
terminasi terkait diakui, dan b keuntungan atau kerugian aktuaria
langsung diakui
pada pendapatan
komprehensif lainnya. Revisi PSAK 24 ini akan berlaku efektif
tanggal 1 Januari 2015. ii PSAK 24: Employee Benefits
The revised PSAK 24 requires: a all past service costs to be
recognized at the earlier of when the amendmentcurtailment occurs or
when the related restructuring or termination costs are recognized,
and
b actuarial gains or losses to be recognized immediately in other
comprehensive income. The revised PSAK 24 will be effective
January 1, 2015.
