1. Regentcity Minimum wage Adjustment for Non- Permanent Employees.

Pursuant to East Java Governor Decree No. 72 of 2012 dated November 24 th , 2012 and Central Java Governor Decree no. 561.4582012 dated November 12 th , 2012, RegencyCity Minimum Wage applied as of January 1 st , 2013, for the Company to appraise Non-Permanent employees salarywage without certain level and paid based on the UMK regulation. kesejahteraan kepada karyawan, maka pada tahun 2013 program peningkatan kesejahteraan karyawan dilakukan melalui :

1. Penyesuaian Upah Minimum KabupatenKota UMK untuk Karyawan Tidak Tetap.

Berdasarkan SK Gubernur Jawa Timur No. 72 Tahun 2012 tanggal 24 Nopember 2012 dan SK Gubernur Jawa Tengah No. 561.4582012 tanggal 12 Nopember 2012, telah ditetapkan besarnya Upah Minimum Kabupatenkota UMK yang berlaku per 1 Januari 2013, untuk Perusahaan melakukan penyesuaian gajiupah Karyawan Tidak Tetap yang tidak mempunyai golongan dan dibayarkan berdasarkan ketentuak UMK tersebut. 2. Payroll improvement of 2013 for Permanent Employee IA – IV D Level if PtPN X.

To improve IA – IV D level employees welfare, the Board of Directors determined payroll appraisal impelementation in 2013 for the employees IA to IVD level as of January 1 st , 2013.

3. Bonus for Fiscal year 2012

Referring to GMS Fiscal Year 2012 approval, the Board of Directors implemented bonusincentive distribution for 2012 to all employees. The incentivebonus distribution is expected to improve employees welfare and productivity.

4. Religious Day Allowance thR - k 2013

Religious day allowance to celebrate Ied Mubarrak on August 8 th 9 th , 2013 is distributed to all employees in amount of 1 month THP salary while for non-permanent employee as stated on the contract with equal amount based on serving period in 2013.
