1.3 Visit
No World Bank Implementation Review mission and site visit during the month.
1.4 Procurement
As of the end of this reporting month of August 2014, three 3 sub-project clustered under AWP-2 are currently under tendering stage while one 1 contract package under AWP-3 has been bidded with the Bid
Evaluation Report under preparation and finalization. The Contract Packages are as follows :
1. Package 17 Sp. Gunung Kemala Pugung Tampak AWP-3. There were twelve 12 interested bidders who submitted their prequalification
documents, but only six 6 applicant bidders were prequalified and invited to submit their bids.
All the six 6 prequalified contractor applicants met the deadline for submission of bids on August 15, 2014 in Lampung and opening of bids followed immediately after the
closing time for submission of bid. The prequalified applicant bidders who submitted their bids with their respective bid
prices as read-out during the bid opening are as follows : 1. PT. Adhi Karya Persero, TBK
: Rp. 229,135,800,000 2. PT. Hutama Karya Persero PT Conbloc Infratecno, J.O. : Rp. 219,417,910,000
3. PT. Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama : Rp. 199,551,233,000
4. PT. Pembangunan Perumahan Persero PT Tri Citra Perdana, J.O.
: Rp. 201,654,000,000 5. PT. Waskita Karya Persero, Tbk
: Rp. 202,801,427,000 6. PT. Yasa Patria Perkasa
: Rp. 247,707,000,000 The lowest canvassed bid was submitted by PT. Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama with
an amount of Rp. 199,551,233,000 or 25.52 below the approved Owner s Estimate of Rp. 267,910,447,000, while the highest bid was quoted by PT. Yasa Patria Perkasa in the
amount of Rp. 247,707,000,000 or 7.54 below the approve Owner s Estimate. Bid Evaluation Report is under preparation and finalization and expected to finalized
and submitted to World Bank on or before September 19, 2014. 2. Package 11 Bantal Mukomuko AWP-2
There were three 3 applicant bidders out of eleven 11 interested Contractors who submitted their prequalification documents were prequalified and were issued
Invitation To Bid for for implementation of the sub-project. The three 3 prequalified bidders who were invited are as follows :
1. PT. Waskita Karya Persero, Tbk Indonesia 2. PT. Hutama Karya Persero
PT. Daya Mulia Turangga, Joint Operation Indonesia
3. PT. Yasa Patria Perkasa Indonesia

Draft Bidding Documents for International Competitive Bidding ICB were concurred by the World Bank on August 6, 2014 with issuance of No Objection Letter NOL to issue
the bidding documents to the prequalified applicants. Invitation To Bid was issued to the three 3 prequalified interested bidders on August
22, 2014 followed by issuance of bidding documents. As of the writing, the contract package is still currently under tendering period with pre-
bid conferencemeeting scheduled to be held on September 8, 2014 and to be followed by actual site visit.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances which will cause interruption during the bidding period, the submission and opening of bids is schedule to take place on October 3, 2014.
3. Package 13 Sp. Rukis Tj. Kemuning AWP-2 Ten 10 interested applicant bidders have submitted their prequalification documents
and out of the 10 who submitted the PQ document, 3 applicants were prequalified and Invitation To Bid were issued to submit tenders for the execution of the Works.
Following are the three 3 qualified applicant bidders who were issued an Invitation To Bid :
1. PT. Waskita Karya Persero, Tbk 2. PT. Hutama Karya Persero PT. Conbloc Infratecno Joint Operation
3. Halla Corporation Korea Co. in joint venture with PT. Daya Mulia Turangga.

4. Packages 5 Simpang Rampa Poriaha There were 14 Fourteen contractor applicants 13 single company and I joint venture
operation who submitted their prequalification documents. Three 3 contractor applicants failed to prequalify due to failure to satisfy the qualification criteria. Likewise,
the II Eleven contractors who passed the qualification criteria were issued an Invitation To Bid to submit their respective tenders for the execution of the Works.
Following are the eleven 11 prequalified applicant bidders who were invited to
submit their bids : 1. PT. Adhi Karya Persero, Tbk Indonesia
2. PT. Bangun Cipta Kontraktor Indonesia 3. PT. Brantas Abipraya Persero Indonesia
4. PT. Hutama Karya Persero PT. Seneca Indonesia JO Indonesia
