Persediaan – Hotel dan Golf Inventories – Hotel and Golf
Persediaan hotel yang terdiri dari perlengkapan operasional, makanan dan minuman, berasal dari BNR
dan NGI. Barang dagangan golf merupakan persediaan milik BNR.
Hotel inventories which consist of operating supplies and food and beverages, arises from BNR and NGI.
Golf merchandise are inventories owned by BNR. Berdasarkan penelaahan terhadap persediaan pada
akhir tahun, manajemen berpendapat bahwa seluruh persediaan dapat dipulihkan pada nilai realisasi bersih
yang lebih tinggi dari nilai tercatatnya, sehingga tidak terdapat cadangan kerugian penurunan nilai
persediaan. Seluruh persediaan hotel dan golf tidak diasuransikan.
Based on the review of the inventories at the end of the year, the management believes that all inventories can
be recovered at their net realizable value, which is higher than its carrying amount, accordingly there is no
allowance for decline in value of inventories provided. All hotel and golf inventories are not covered with
insurance.
Persediaan - Aset Real Estat Inventories – Real Estate Assets
Pada 31 Desember 2013, persediaan aset real estat merupakan tanah kavling dan unit resort home siap
dijual milik BNR di kawasan Tanah Lot, Bali dengan nilai masing-masing Rp 558.254.437.323 dan
Rp 1.973.156.456 dan bangunan dalam penyelesaian milik IHS yang berada di Surabaya dengan nilai
Rp 56.893.483.303. Bangunan dalam penyelesaian milik IHS merupakan reklasifikasi dari aset tetap
sehubungan dengan adanya intensi manajemen atas pembangunan apartemen dan serviced apartment One
East Residence Kertajaya, Surabaya, untuk dijual. As of December 31, 2013, inventory real estate assets
represents parcels of land and resort home units ready for sale owned by BNR in Tanah Lot, Bali amounted to
Rp 558,254,437,323 and Rp 1,973,156,456, respectively, and building under construction owned by
IHS located
in Surabaya
amounted to
Rp 56,893,483,303. Building under construction owned by IHS represent reclassification from property and
equipment related to development of One East Residence Kertajaya, Surabaya apartment and
serviced apartments for sale. Hak legal atas tanah berupa HGB atas nama Grup
berjangka waktu 20-30 tahun yang akan jatuh tempo pada tahun 2025 - 2028. Manajemen berpendapat tidak
terdapat masalah dalam perpanjangan dan proses sertifikasi atas tanah karena seluruh tanah diperoleh
secara sah dan didukung dengan bukti kepemilikan yang memadai.
The legal rights over the land in the form of HGB under the name of Group has various periods of 20-30 years
until 2025 - 2028. Management believes that there will be no difficulty in the extension of the landrights since
all of land were acquired legally and supported by sufficient evidence of ownership.
Berdasarkan penelaahan terhadap aset real estat pada akhir periode pelaporan, manajemen berkeyakinan
bahwa tidak perlu dilakukan penurunan nilai aset real estat.
Based on the review of real estate assets at the end of the reporting period, management believes that there is
no decline in the value of real estate assets. Aset real estat diasuransikan bersama dengan aset
tetap Catatan 13. Real estate assets were insured along with property
and equipment Note 13.
