e. Transaksi dan Penjabaran Laporan Keuangan Dalam Mata Uang Asing
Pembukuan pada masing-masing entitas di dalam Grup diselenggarakan dalam mata uang Rupiah,
mata uang dari lingkungan ekonomi dimana entitas entitas beroperasi mata uang fungsional.
Transaksi-transaksi selama tahun berjalan dalam mata uang asing dicatat dengan kurs yang berlaku
pada saat terjadinya transaksi. Pada tanggal laporan posisi keuangan, aset dan liabilitas
moneter dalam mata uang asing disesuaikan untuk mencerminkan kurs yang berlaku pada tanggal
tersebut. Keuntungan atau kerugian kurs yang timbul dikreditkan atau dibebankan dalam laporan
laba rugi konsolidasian pada tahun yang bersangkutan.
e. Foreign Currency Transactions and Translation
The individual books of accounts of each entity in the Group are maintained in Indonesian Rupiah,
the currency of the primary economic environment in which the entity operates its functional
currency. Transactions during the year involving foreign currencies are recorded at the rates of
exchange prevailing at the time the transactions are made. At reporting date, monetary assets and
liabilities denominated in foreign currencies are adjusted to reflect the rates of exchange prevailing
at that date. The resulting gains or losses are credited or charged to current operations.
f. Transaksi Pihak berelasi f. Transactions With Related Parties
Pihak berelasi adalah orang atau entitas yang terkait dengan Grup entitas pelapor:
a Orang atau anggota keluarga terdekat yang mempunyai relasi dengan entitas pelapor jika
orang tersebut: 1 memiliki pengendalian atau pengendalian
bersama atas entitas pelapor; 2 memiliki pengaruh signifikan atas entitas
pelapor; atau 3 merupakan personil manajemen kunci
entitas pelapor atau entitas induk dari entitas pelapor.
A related party is a person or entity that is related to the Group the reporting entity:
a A person or a close member of that persons family is related to a reporting entity if that
person 1 has control or joint control over the Group;
2 has significant influence over the Group; or 3 is a member of the key management
personnel of the reporting entity or of a parent of the reporting entity.

1 Entitas dan entitas pelapor adalah anggota dari kelompok usaha yang sama
artinya entitas induk, entitas anak, dan entitas anak berikutnya saling berelasi
dengan entitas lain. 1 The entity, and the Group are members of
the same group which means that each parent, subsidiary and fellow subsidiary is
related to the others 2 Satu entitas pelapor adalah entitas
asosiasi atau ventura bersama dari entitas lain atau entitas asosiasi atau ventura
bersama yang merupakan anggota suatu kelompok usaha, yang mana entitas lain
tersebut adalah anggotanya. 2 The Company or any of its subsidiaries is
an associate or joint venture of the other entity or vice versa or an associate or
joint venture of a member of a group of which the Group and the other entity is a
member. 3 Kedua entitas tersebut adalah ventura
bersama dari pihak ketiga yang sama. 3 The Group, and the entity are joint
ventures of the same third party. 4 Satu entitas adalah ventura bersama dari
entitas ketiga dan entitas yang lain adalah entitas asosiasi dari entitas ketiga.

5 Entitas tersebut adalah suatu program imbalan pasca kerja untuk imbalan kerja
dari salah satu entitas pelapor atau entitas yang terkait dengan entitas pelapor. Jika
entitas pelapor adalah entitas yang menyelenggarakan program tersebut,
maka entitas sponsor juga berelasi dengan entitas pelapor.
5 The entity is a post-employment defined benefit plan for the benefit of employees
of either the Company or any of its subsidiaries or an entity related to the
Company or any of its subsidiaries. If the the Group is itself such a plan, the
sponsoring employers are also related to the Group.
