3. Bagi Peneliti Selanjutnya

Beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan peneliti selanjutnya dari kekurangan penelitian ini adalah: 1. Subjek yang ikut serta dalam penelitian ini masih tergolong sedikit dan belum mampu mewakili populasi karyawan yang ada di Indonesia. 2. Subjek penelitian berasal dari instansi swasta saja sehingga kurang menjangkau populasi yang juga berasal dari instansi negri yang mungkin memiliki dinamika organisasi yang berbeda 3. Subjek penelitian hanya berasal dari satu profesi saja sehingga peneliti selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian pada subjek lain yang profesinya berbeda. 4. Peneliti selanjutnya perlu untuk memantau langsung proses pengsian skala penelitian. 5. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat disarankan untuk mencari sumber data dan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang lebih beragam seperti sehingga hasil penelitian menjadi lebih valid.
